I don’t normally write reviews but I feel obligated to leave on for Caffè Nero in Ruislip because the staff are so so wonderful !!!! I had the misfortune of having to revise for some very important exams this summer, so most of my days were spent in Nero. The staff are so friendly and attentive, and have made my summer so enjoyable. Good high street coffee shop (obviously similar to others in the chain), with a few snacks - cakes & sandwiches if you want a little more. The staff seem friendly & helpful, and it's always busy so I guess it's popular (and it's one of several coffee shops on the high street for people to choose from).

Decent food, friendly staff but the coffee quality is not the same. The regular size feels like a small when compared to other chains and mine came with half foam which is quite disappointing. Caffe Nero used to be one of my favourites before, but now doesn't seem like very good value for money.
