Staff members are very rude, impolite and definitely not helpful. I go there everyday and never get my coffee on time. Usually they keep forgetting about my orders somehow and I’m waiting for ages, never heard sorry for that. Atmosphere is very tense and everybody is so unfriendly.

The WORST Pret I've been in here staff including manager proper rude paid for food pastries and got coffee on my app subscription didn't put the drink through not just mine but others too were waiting then 10 mins later after moaning twice eventually got drink then accused us of not paying so logged into my Internet banking to show him the transaction totally unprofessional poor poor service I know they struggle to get staff but this Pret scrapes the barrel

Went to this place day before yesterday with my family. We are tourists from Asia and we were treated very badly by the middle aged woman on the till who wears specs. She screamed at us because my uncles first said they want 3 cappuccinos then 2. The customers are always at liberty to take time and order. But the woman’s behaviour made us feel that we made a gross mistake and wasting her time also if we want to walk out we can. And also right after we ordered they gave 2 cappuccinos and the last one they didn’t give. My uncle had to wait for long for the 3rd coffee. The other crew members weren’t even listening when he said he hasn’t got his 3rd coffee. Very disappointing and I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Staff are awful and so rude. Ignored me and let people skip and looked at me like I was loosing my mind when I ask for a simple thing like butter. Never go here! They're really rude and stupid staff.

I have just visited this pret to get some lunch and one of the staff members acted extremely unprofessional I did not see his name but he is quite tall guy and he shouted in the front of me because he was and I quote pissed of for making same coffie twiceI am so sorry but this is not away to behave in the front of paying customersI really hope someone from management sees this review and takes actionsI will never step a food in this Pret !
Today I went for a coffee with my friend. As I have a subscription I have scanned my QR code and have paid an additional 2.84 for my friend’s coffee. After the transaction has been approved I moved aside but was told by staff that for some reason there was no payment taken and they assured me to pay for the second time. After that they were unable to print a receipt for me and they told that they have issues with the terminal. Staff, an Asian lady of the middle age looked confused and kept us waiting for 10 minutes. Her supervisor (a woman of colour with pony tale hairstyle) was not able to help as well and without even explaining us what is the issue, they just answered our question saying it doesn’t work. Very rude! After a while I realised the transaction has been taken twice. Zero customer service, zero trainings on how to talk to a loyal customer, zero communication. Such an unprofessional behaviour of both staff and the supervisor!This is the most terrible service I have ever received. Will not recommend it at all!

Prêt is owned by McDonald's, and it shows (the prices are relatively low, and the food presentation is very basic), but the food quality is ok.

Lovely Pret come in here regularly once twice a week for the last few years!!Who ever manages the place now is brilliant, the back stays open until nearly closing time so you can always get a sit, staff all pleasant and very helpful!!Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible staff always willing to assist if needed, will move the chair out the way, will bring my drink to the table.
