Nice coffee and food. Bad service experience with the lady taking the payment. They could always provide the service with a smile. I was asked to repeat my order to another person after I previously did with her and in a very mean way. Such a disappointment as I love Pret.
The atmosphere seemed chaotic and the staff somewhat disordered, which in turn made for a confusing customer experience. It wasn't clear where to queue, there was no space to stand and wait without getting in peoples' way and my order was 'lost', although quickly brewed after I spoke to the barista.
