We are regular customers and are well looked after by the staff. If we have any issues they are always helpful. Often our drinks are ready before we get to drinks counter.

one of the staff is extremely rude. i am a regular customer of this costa its used to be one of my favourite please but the one guy with long hairs he is a nasty guy who is rude and dirty he itch his self and dont even wash his hand i hope there boss will catch him on cctv

Bog standard Costa. It wasn't our first choice for lunch, but it was the only place with level access and sufficient space for my brother to manoeuvre his wheelchair. Once we'd settled on a table I had to move chairs out of the way by myself - it would have been nice if a staff member had shown some interest and at least offered help. Someone at the counter did later ask if I could manage our trays of food and drink, but I didn't need help with them.Wheelchair accessibility: Level access from the front door, although you'd probably struggle to open it unaided. Spacious inside, although tables are quite close together and some customers also hog the aisles etc, spreading out their belongings. It would be helpful if staff members were ready to assist wheelchair-users to find suitable tables and move furniture that could be restricting access.

Had a lovely coffee this morning served by an extremely helpful polite young lady called Holly . I was a little concerned when an older man who appeared to be the assistant manager began shouting in her face for no reason at all . It was completely unacceptable behaviour and I did not like his behaviour towards the two girls working with him who were both very professional and hard working .

I went in this morning for a peppermint tea and would like to just say the staff were so friendly especially being early !!!
Not very attentive this lot. Latte was nice but my millionaire shortbread was stale and I had to ask twice for it after paying.

Waited in line for only a few minutes. Service was friendly and quick. I had a medium cappuccino. Tasted good. Big shop with plenty of seating. I didn't eat but noticed a wide selection of hot and cold options. Will visit again.
