Bog standard Costa. It wasn't our first choice for lunch, but it was the only place with level access and sufficient space for my brother to manoeuvre his wheelchair. Once we'd settled on a table I had to move chairs out of the way by myself - it would have been nice if a staff member had shown some interest and at least offered help. Had a lovely coffee this morning served by an extremely helpful polite young lady called Holly . I was a little concerned when an older man who appeared to be the assistant manager began shouting in her face for no reason at all . It was completely unacceptable behaviour and I did not like his behaviour towards the two girls working with him who were both very professional and hard working .
