Great little find after a day of museum exploring! This was perfect on a cold, blustery day-welcoming and cozy. Garlic dough balls were delicious-could have easily gone through several orders! Traditional offerings such as lasagna, bolognese and spaghetti with meatballs were well-done and thoroughly enjoyed. Friendly staff and efficient service as well!

Two wonderful waitresses that couldn’t have done more. Speedy service with a smile. I just love it that you do gluten free pizzas so well. It’s truly appreciated.Dietary restrictions: Chef accommodated using Manchego cheese (sheep) instead of mozzarella (cow) for my son who is cow’s dairy intolerant. They produced a beautiful gluten free, Margherita pizza for him.

Booked online and the host noted we wanted a quiet table. Great table was offered and she had really thought about the best place to seat us. Only two of them working front of house - Azra and Bogumil - on a busy Thurs night - and they both worked so hard! Food was hot and filling. Would recommend - truly great service.

Is this really part of a chain? The whole experience was amazing. Great food, amazing service from a very friendly team. The restaurant had the feel of a small, intimate local trattoria rather than a chain venue. Very friendly, cheerful and attentive without overstepping the mark.

Our waitress was amazing! She served the lower floor on her own and this involved taking orders, serving the food, clearing the tables…she was incredibly efficient while being friendly! The food was lovely too and the ambience was welcoming. :)

Eating dinner here was amazing. We had a peperoni pizza, a lasagne and the garlic bread. Everything tasted really good and I think the prices are fair. I would definetly recommend this place.

Our spontaneous visit to Bella Italia in South Kensington turned out to be a delightful surprise. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding. The staff’s attentiveness added to the warm ambiance, making it a wonderful dining experience. It’s reassuring to find a place that exceeds expectations even when you drop in on the off chance.

The two of us had booked dinner here after a performance at The Royal Albert Hall. It was busy but the member of staff on our (first) floor made sure everybody was seen to and looked after. We are regulars at Bella Italia so already knew what is on the menu, the portion sizes and the taste. The only reason why I could not give 5 stars was the because the male toilets had seen better days and treatment.

Nothing to fault regarding service, staff were polite and friendly but the food really was subpar. Spaghetti bolognese was overcooked by about 3 minutes and the sauce was just spooned on top. I reckon the pasta had been precooked and tasted like it had been boiled for at least 12 minutes. All in all I’m sorry to say it reminded me of school dinners; for the prices they are charging and the location, that is really not a good look. I can’t understand why we are still overcooking pasta in 2023… At least bother to finish the pasta in the sauce, you might be excused if you are serving a kids’ meal at a fun fair but at a central London restaurant it really just shows lack of care. I hate to write a bad review but it had to be said.

Had a large celebration here and the food and service were outstanding. Khalid was entertaining and and made the event fun and memorable. Booking was very professional and nothing was too much. Thank you Belle Italia!

Had two of the 3 courses menu. The spicy sausage pasta is legendary. I like spicy a lot and it fulfills my need. The tiramisu is amazing as well. My friend got the chicken with chips and I thought that's very common but turns out is not. The garlic butter sauce is stunning and the chicken is crispy. The staff is very friendly as well.

Food was nice. We were seated but weren't told if someone would come take our order or if we had to order online, we started to order online and someone came over to take our order and seemed very confused by us willing to do it online. Everything else went okay up until paying - all tables around us had their payments taken but we were asked to pay online. Not sure if this was because the servers thought we weren't going to tip - we were until this. Everyone else around us was given their bill and paid in person with lovely conversation while doing so, but we were asked to pay online. And as we were leaving we were asked to prove we had done so because the system was down. Food was nice and I loved the tiramisu but quite insulted by them asking us to pay online when no one else was asked to. Not sure if we would go back.

We were seated quickly but people are really packed in. Food was overpriced for what it was, and the sides were far too small. We ordered a margherita pizza with mushrooms which came burned, with mushrooms that were badly sliced. There were also flies swarming around. The waitresses were friendly but it was a disappointing experience- thankfully it was 2 for 1 but even then I don't think it was worth it. I would not recommend.
