5 of us came to eat at Byron and had such a lovely experience from the second we sat down. We was greeted by a lovely funny and chirpy Valerie who nailed the order and kept popping back to see if we was ok. The food was absolutely amazing, I had the plant based B-rex burger and it was packed and dripping with flavour. Everybody at the table was extremely happy with their meal. An all round enjoyable experience and if I ever pass by again I wouldn't hesitate to drop in. Byron, take note.... Valerie is a keeper.

We had a lovely meal last night and was served by a delightful young lady Valerie. She was apt, kind and courteous. She made us laugh and kindly put the music down for our Autistic boy. The food was served quickly and was delicious. Thank you for making our dinner that extra special.

Went here for lunch after spending the day at the museum.My burger (Halloween) was mediocre, meat was ok but the hashbrown was soggy and the sauces were Heinz. Definitely not impressed considering the price tag. My son's (children cheeseburger) was quite bad, the meat didn't taste very nice and there were no sauces.Service was the only good point, very friendly waitress.

Valérie was really nice and helpful. She really took care of my lactose intolerance. The food was good for the price. Of course it’s not a gastronomical restaurant but this wasn’t the purpose of the dinner. The quality was good for the price. Service was also great. Valérie tried to talk French and that was lovely!

Popped in for a half-term lunch with our 15 year old son. We’ve been to Byron a few times so knew what to expect food-wise and this branch did not disappoint. Good burgers, hot and cooked just right. But we have to say a big thanks to our server, Valerie, who was awesome. Really welcoming and great fun. She made this visit extra special and a good laugh. Recommended!

Byron -old Brompton rd. Is from yesterday night my personal favourite Byron ever. The food has been cooked with love and attention and I think its staff is amazing. I would love to thanks again in particular the amazing Valerie. A precious waitress that should be treasured.But all of the guys have been amazing.The only thing that disappointed us is that it has not been possible to leave them any tips , and I think it is very unfair because the cost of the service didn't do justice to the amazing service.
