This is the 3rd time I have tried ordering chopstix from stratford and 3 times I have been very disappointed. 1st order dry breaded chicken when katsu was ordered, noodles with small amount of Cauliflower rice when Cauliflower rice was ordered. 2nd order was veg noodles with pumpkin katsu, there was no veg to be seen. 3rd order was Cauliflower rice and braved the chicken katsu again and again dry breaded chicken with rice not Cauliflower rice. TOTALLY FED UP WITH THIS PLACE! Ended up with egg on toast... how does this picture resemble the picture on their menu please? Dry chicken with no sauce twice. Come on chopstix...

The sweet and sour chicken? Meh. The K Pop BBQ chicken? Not bad/actually pretty okay (considering the type of establishment). The noodles? Meh. The pepper chicken? Okay. The service was fine, and the value was good if you're just looking for a quick bite that's pretty filling (if you, say, do the two-choice option with rice or noodles for 7 pounds or so).

The food was terrible. I didn’t finish it at all. To much salt on the chicken and the rise was dry and without taste. Do not go there to eat it is not worthy

After ice skating at Natural history museum,children were hungry and could not wait for our planned evening meal at covent garden. They had a noodle box with sauces one had chicken as well.The deal included churros ,chocolate sauce and a soft drink.The bill was less than £14 .Although I did not eat it they really enjoyed it.I ate what they left and it was fine.Considering location and cheap price I could not fault this tasty quick bite.Our evening meal cost a lot more and they said Chopstix was better! Staff were fine and the toilet spotlessly clean. Right next to South Kensington tube station and walking distance to knightsbridge.

The noodles is dry. There’s no soy sauce, no condiments available. The box is also small. Staff is alright not rude but not friendly

... or to food anyone would eat voluntarily. The options are all heavily sweetened and even when they don’t come in flavoured catering pack gloop are not as crisp as they should be. Except the spring rolls, which are crisp, but oily, with too much roll and not enough spring. The rice and noodles both suffer from overcooking. It’s not the fault of the Italians serving it. It is a chain, and they have to try to sell you what they’re given. But you would be better off with a Pret sandwich. Next to all this, not being able to pay in cash is annoying but irrelevant. I won’t be going back.

The staff seem completely disinterested in their jobs. Very rude and inhuman asking for extra toppings in small bag for my kid. 2years old and being surprised that she can’t give it to on separate bag it’s has to be on my box I said that I don’t want it to mix with my other toppings coz it’s for the child and she reply if you want extra toppings it’s has to be in the box if not I can’t sell it to you and when I asked for manager she ignored me by saying there is no manager and walking a way when her colleague comes to me to finish the rudeness of her colleague by telling they can’t give me the extra toppings and her colleague was nice to me which is completely wrong as she was serving other customer and she didn’t even see her, how she can witnessing on something that she didn’t even see or pretend that she heard what we Were talking , and when I said I don’t want the food she said ok and started to put whatever in box in bain-marie again to give for other customers ? wow so I maybe eat from someone else box when he didn’t want it any?! This how clean it is and honest , and the pictures below when she was putting back from the box that I was supposed to buy back to the Bain Marie

Food was tasteless. Very disappointed. Just a handful of boiled noodles, some peppers and chicken that had no flavour at all. Never buying from here again and it is deceiving with the menu etc. Felt like eating cardboard. Never write food reviews but this one was like way below standard of fast food. I was let down as the food was more expensive at this branch and the meal was not really that filling - the meal portion sizes are definitely smaller than they used to be. I wouldn't come here again even if you paid me to :c

Served quickly, staff weren’t rude at all too is like some of the other reviews have stated. Liked in this one you could have plain rice as one of my kids is fussy. Good value and perfect after long day at science museum

Certainly a valid contender... While it looked ok, it tasted terrible! Purely artificial, bad taste. What else is left to say? Oh yes, when I asked for some soya sauce to rescue what can be rescued, they charged another 25p for the tiniest pouch the world has seen...

The food was delivered quick. It was ok, had some flavour. The pots it came in were very good and you can recycle them and use them for something else like a packed lunch
