I am the gold member of Starbucks and this shop is terrible. The price doesn’t match up to the quality, i.e. the bread is dried out, the sandwiches are wet, the staff is unfriendly, rude and unprofessional. It s such a shame you employed these terrible person to a shop having such a good location. They don’t even close to the standards.

So disappointing! Banana bread so dry, pain au choc was stale and not crispy, coffee tasted quite fishy for some reason. Also the staff looked tired/unfriendly.

Staff member was rude right off the bat, didn't say hello, just stared at me with what looked like disdain, waiting for me to say something, so I just ordered my decaf iced venti latte. She quietly muttered thanks after I ordered, then I went to get a table, there were at least 2 girls just standing behind the counter doing nothing. The majority of the tables inside were filthy and piled with dirty dishes and garbage. I asked to get a cloth to wipe a table and was told rude girl #1 would take care of it. She certainly was not in any hurry to come out. I told one member of staff that the state of the dining room was disgusting and she looked at me blankly with a look of disgust and said "what?!" then looked back down at her phone. Rude girl #1 came out and started clearing the tables (extremely slowly I assume to show express her disdain further) making sure not to start with the one where I had put my things. I just stood there and didn't say anything until it was clear she wasn't going to wipe my table off at all. And she didn't even wipe the table off, there was still obviously fresh coffee stains from the last customers. I sat for a minute. Then my coffee was called but it wasn't iced as I had asked for. The girl muttered something under her breath and remade it. I didn't say anymore, just drank my coffee quickly and got out of there. I've had it with Starbucks, it's vile and I'd rather go without.

Very nice and friendly staff, efficient service as well. This Starbucks is way better than the other one in the area in terms of both customer service and quality of food and drinks. I just want a nice drink and a cosy place to chill at and I got what I want here!
Visited last Monday for coffee and some food. Milk drink tasted good and service was excellent. Nice place to sit down for a quick coffee or an afternoon of studying.

I went today with my friend and we ordered caramel frappe’s. Probably the worst frappe I’ve ever tried in my life. The drink was watery and rather unpleasant. I wish I knew the woman who made my drinks name because I’d for sure write it on here! She had long brown hair and pale skin. Please ask her, nicely, to add milk into the drink next time! Thank you.

The guy name Nichoulas (I think) kept swearing while making our drinks. It was very uncomfortable experience. Me and my friend just looked at each other and shaked our head. We won’t be ordering from this location
