I went to Zizi for lunch a little while ago and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and food. Zizi team is wonderful and I cannot wait to return and experiment also breakfast or dinner.

I am very satisfied by this restaurant.Starting with the food, which is excellent, good tasting until the people working there. Big round of applauses for Liliana which is coordinating the entire place wonderful. Not only once I have see her very involved and paying attention to all the details.

Went mid week, restaurant was not busy. Staff were attentive. Food was served hot and quickly. Will definitely go again.Vegetarian options: Nice variety of choices.

Took my daughter here for valentine day. Food was great. Service was good. I would recommend. I went around 5:30, so was fairly empty so can't really comment on the atmosphere.

This place is falling apartShocking service and bad management!I went to visit Zizzi restaurant and this was my last time!Shocking service basically no service!!Wine was delivered to the table and left for me to open, plus dirty glasses was delivered to the table for a wine and water!Pizza was even worst the most thin pizza I have ever seen !I been many times in Zizzi in past but this was very disappointingI called manager to the table (blonde lady ) who didn't really care about anything in this restaurant) I gave her back the pizza plus dirty glass and I never received clean one!Plus when we have ask for a bill -pizza was added to the billI will never be back to this restaurant it's used to be such a nice neighbourhood restaurant but unfortunately went so down that I will not give a try ever again to this place which is shame!

I went inside aware of the bad reviews, instead I personally had a very good experience. Elena the waitress that assisted me she was kind and prompt. I was served almost immediately and the pizza arrived 10 min later at the latest.The only downside was the pizza itself. As an Italian I won't come back, I'm afraid. They have a good oven, so there is potential, but the way they make the dough is below basic. However, the price for a Margherita was £12.25, this is more pricy than Franco Manca and Zia Lucia (best in making pizzas).Anyway, overall a pleasurable experience.

It seems no one can serve more than 3 tables at the same time. Worst service I have ever seen, and it's the same for the last 3 years. If it's busy, avoid or you will wait hungry for over 40 minutes until someone realizes you're there waiting.

I visited Zizzi for the second time, hoping my initial experience was a one-off. Unfortunately, the restaurant never fails to disappoint me.The service was horrible once again. Despite seeing that I was waiting, the waiters passed by multiple times, completely ignoring me. It was as if my presence didn't matter. Their lack of attention and care for customers is unacceptable. I had hoped for a better experience this time around, but it seems consistent poor service is what Zizzi is all about. AVOID THIS PLACE!
