Hoping for a relaxed Sunday afternoon. And it was not. Firstly my husband dinner came before I received anything. Then I saw as you can see kitchen my meal had been forgotten they made it and it came but my husband had eaten half his meal..I'm still waiting for someone to apologise..Then the fire alarm went off for about 5 mins still hear ringing in my ears again still waiting for an apology it was bad.. clearly they also short staffed. 2nd visit in 1 month and will be my last.
Celebrated my grandson 2nd birthday and my Mum birthday there today. Loved the food service loved the decoration. Very clean bathrooms ect. Food on time know long waits. Didn't feel rushed. Great evening out with the family.

Went for a family lunch and was impressed. Something for everyone. Vegans and vegetarians very catered for as were the children. Lots of choice. The food arrived promptly and was very nicely presented. Cannot praise our waitress highly enough. She was attentive, remembered everything and was very efficient.
