The tables here are a mess, part of it always closed and ridiculous closing time; considering hospital visiting time is until 8pm.Unfortunately, I've been here a few weeks with a sick relative and fancy a cup of tea about 5pm; no hope of getting it at Costa.Very disappointing.

Wasnt allowed to go, to coffee shop by the lady at the entrace who checks the masks. She said because I didnt had an appoitment at the hospital or visiting somebody I am not allowed in.Can you explain since when this change why cant get a coffe and why is not notice about this anywhere? Or this is just made up by her? I feel like I been discraminated!

Lovely staff the two smiling and welcoming blonde girls who made my coffee and toast. Other girl less friendly but at least was polite. Looked for a seat to have my food but unfortunately the sitting area was crowded of smelly scruffy and dodgy people smelly of pee. There must be a shelter near this store. Shame but it is what it is. The smile and friendliness of the two girls, I think both Polish, was the highlight of the store.
Staff is super nice, and the coffee is great.
Very nice, polite and friendly staff. Super efficient - very quick to get served even when there's a queue. Great team.
