From the moment we were seated, Franco made us feel genuinely welcomed and well looked after. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly elevated our dining experience.
What impressed me most was his excellent food recommendations. Every dish he suggested was spot‑on — flavourful, beautifully presented, and exactly what we were in the mood for. It’s rare to meet someone who understands both the menu and the guest so well, but Franco does it effortlessly.
He checked in at the right moments, ensured we had everything we needed, and carried himself with a calm confidence that made the evening feel special.
Madhu’s is known for its quality, but staff like Franco are what make the experience memorable.

Anyways: The BBQ is really good and really nice!! So flavourful. The Peri Peri whole grilled chicken is something I would recommend. And the seekh kebabs.
I went there twice.
First, just some naan, kebabs and thats it. With the smoked onions on the burning hot stone platter..Really good.
Everything tastes fresh and is also freshly made. The naan could be a bit softer sometimes bc they more like... thin on some ends and then its more like a big crisp, but overall they also good.
I would also reccomend the masala fish.

Everything was amazing and Harmeet went above and beyond in making sure everything went to plan. We have used other venues for parties and there are always issues but not here, I highly recommend Brilliant and their banqueting suite. Well done Harmeet and Brilliant’s staff.

The samosas are still great but other dishes are not as tasty anymore, the parathas need more seasoning in them and were rather bland. The service isn't friendly since the management changed, which is a shame, they were quite rude to me. If they work on friendlier service, it would be in their favour. Also, they need to have soap in the toilet and keep the tables clean.

As some family members wanted pizza from the chain beside this restaurant, we collected a variety of food from here. We ordered their gourmet burger, a peri peri chicken burger, a wings platter, a kebab wrap and fries.There were no other customers when we ordered. The guy who took the order was very friendly and helpful. Once the order had been placed, it was like a well oiled machine fired up, at least 4 people set about preparing the food.The food was ready in the same time as the pizza - which considering how much food we ordered and the variety, I think it's quite impressive.My gourmet burger was good, the peri peri chicken burger was good, the wings platter was very generous and the kebab roll had 3 kebabs rather than the usual 2 (for a regular, not a large. The large would've come with 4!!) Apparently the kebab was too spicy. All the portions of fries were very generous too.Our order came to about £37, which I think was very reasonable.Given we'd never been here before, I would probably go again.
