Serious health and safety!!! Lady serving today around 6pm while packing food picked chips from chip tray and ate them twice put chips in her mouth then didn’t wash her hands or the chip. Tray, !!! Spears any germs she has to the food areaAnd didn’t wash her hands after eating the chips and of you expect dip with your nuggets then keep expecting only ketchup sachets, anything else you pay

Shocker this place was a disaster,the wings were more oily than my armpit after a game of basketball the oil must’ve had there urine in it tasted that bad the service was average and the food was horrendous im never going back again, this shop has put a bad name on southall???

Shocked… Don’t know what’s happened to the place seriously no joke this place was ace! Back in the day!!! I use to go there as a kid this is nearly for 20 years, came back to ends after years… with my wife to show off My local because this was my go to as a kid! What a let down I usually don’t complain but I gotta be real with this one proper heart break. Bun was crumbly, fillet had no spicy sauce, chips were filled with hava, also the size of the burger has become small! but the usual chilli sauce is the only thing that hasn’t changed alhumdullilah.. guys fix up next time I’m in town I’ll make it known so please don’t let me down. very bad food , burger was cold and found a hair embedded within it . Was absolutely disgusted and disappointed in the appalling food quality and will never visit again. I am beyond horrified at the standard of food that is being produced here and would not recommend it to anyone.
Friendly staff, fairly priced and fresh made. They also do peri peri wings/chix, very spicy and delicious. On top they have cone ice cream and fruit smoothies.

Wings were very oily and very salty. The breading was coming off the chicken and the chicken was very dry and tough. The chips have no flavour and the chilli sauce tastes like tomato purée with no spice. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back.
