I just wanted a desi Nashta first of all. No high expectations….Had to order twice since the order didn’t get through, after 1.2 hours everything comes but without the chai. Waiter tells us that chai comes after food, even though i ordered breakfast where chai comes with the food. Another 20 min pass by till my own dish was there. Nihari, but without the naan. So I waited there another 10 min till they had the naan done, but my nihari got cold. So I asked them if they could just reheat it a little bit so I can enjoy my breakfast. The guy in the kitchen somehow understood rewarding with making it boiling hot pouring some extra hot oil on it. Till he had done his experiment my naan got cold so I couldn’t enjoy either of those things. Came all the way to Germany to visit Southall and to go to this “must visit” place was an absolute mistake and robbed over 2.5 hours of my time. Never ever ever again. Manager was there all the time till he got so embarrassed with the staff that he decided to take things into his own hands And even then he failed

Can’t wait to eat here again! Biriyani was perfectly cooked and the spices were just right to enjoy. Lovely drinks and raita.This was a 2nd visit after coming last Ramadhan (loved opening our fast here)

There is so much competition in Southall for Pakistani food, but Gifto,s Tandoori BBQ meats are still in the top 3 I have ever tasted. We went for the family mixed platter of delicious BBQ meats and it was spot on. Great spice levels, meat was still juicy and with yogurt and a nahn it was just perfect.It's a bustling busy restaurant packed with families enjoying some of the best food in the area.. Well worth a visit, but remember they don't serve alcohol, so if like a drink with your curry you can either get a takeaway or bring your own. Enjoy

We ordered a whole chicken tandoori, butter chicken, lamb skewers and mango lassi. Recommend everything but the tandoori chicken was a tad dry.

Food has always been amazing. With recent renovations, they have ticked another box. The only reason this restaurant gets 4 and not 5 stars from me is because their portion sizes are a bit small for the value of money but the taste is really good. Masala fish, boneless Karahi and falooda are highly recommended.

I held my daughter’s engagement party at Giftos. Salim was brilliant and looked after all our guests they were taken care of so well and enjoyed the food very much. He went out of his way to ensure the we had everything we needed, and even accommodated for our last minute request for an extra table.. Thanks again to the whole team for making it so special for us we are truly grateful.

We celebrated our son's Walima here in October 2023. Very good service and lovely food Brother Salim was an excellent manager and the function went very smoothly. He was very attentive and helpful throughout the planning for the occasion and looked after all our needs appropriately. I would definitely recommend Giftos for any event.

We held a mehndi function at Gifto’s in Southall under Salim bhai’s management and it was the best event ever. The food no doubt has always been great and yummy and on this occasion, the decor, music, the whole service; everything was just perfect and all our guests felt happy and satisfied. The credit goes to Mr. Salim who managed everything so effortlessly and with perfection. I would definitely recommend Gifto to anyone looking for a venue to celebrate/party.

We came here fri night around 8 it was fairly busy. Had sweet lassi, veg samosa chaat which was nice and hot a good portion size. Saag paneer and chicken karahi was very nice hot and tasty. I had roghni naan which was hot and freshly made

Anyone looking for hijama/cupping search up @AfterHoursCuppingA lot of people i know love giftos, the food is tasty, staff a general alright. When we went today we wait a long time before food was served to us. Apart from that service was good. The chutney they give dose not have much flavour to it.Parking: Parking in southall is always a mission

I had my wedding at this location, the service was great, the food was lovely, especially the starters.I would highly recommend doing a small (or big), function, the owner of the place Salim was prompt, kind, welcoming, nice, friendly, always thinking of you if you need anything, if anything needs changing or adding and if you are okay. Nothing we difficult or hard for him to deliver.I enjoyed the experience, I need to thank everyone who played a part, helping and ensuring food was on point and delivered, timing was kept for food, dessert, and cake.Slightly had a few errors with the speakers turning off (Bluetooth) but we all helped fix it couple of times!The lamb was slightly hard and had a lot of fat, I suggest please do not use lamb which has fat and please ensure the lamb is always soft. It was changed promptly and there was no issue with the staff to help deliver.Other than that everything was great and lovely had a great Nikha and every one of my guests loved the event. Very happy! Thank you Salim Bhai, for making my Nikha so lovely and rememberable.

Had a family dinner there. Lovely place with great ambience and really tasty food at a very reasonable price. Very efficient, friendly and helpful staff. You really feel at home. Food quality and quantity was very good, even we couldn't finish the whole food and very kindly they provided us free food containers to take the remaining food home.Parking: The best place to park is the Southall Multi Story car park. Plenty of parking in the evening and free after 6pm.
