I'm core customer of Greggs from last 2 years. I spent 2 years in East London. I know how to make mocha very well but in southall literally mocha was awful as well as I told the guy you have to improve your mocha quality coz you guys selling cappuccino to mocha customers. If you go in Stratford or ilford or Romford you can see in fact you can feel different taste.

HiI was served by Daniel Carbon who was a supervisorThis man is an absolute diamondI sat in the restaurant and had a hot drink. I watched him interact with many customersHe was friendly, kind,smiled generous. He worked so hard and went the extra mile for his happy customers.He is a real asset to this store.The service I have received before this before was dismissive and unfriendly from Greggs staff in Southall.It doesn't cost anything to just be approachable and niceDaniel was all these thingsThe hot chocolate was nice and just sweet enoughThe pizza slices warm and just rightThe Tottenham cake was deliciousThank you GreggsThank you Daniel

?Southall Greggs??What a terrible service! This morning, I simply asked for my first cup of coffee and a breakfast roll. There were three ladies working, but one of them took my order without paying any attention. She quickly went off to do something else, completely disregarding my order. The lady who was supposed to make my coffee just left it sitting on the machine and went about her business. Then another lady came and started taking orders, clearly overwhelmed by the sudden influx of customers. To make matters worse, she handed my coffee to someone who had ordered after me, giving me the wrong one. When I corrected her and said, "That's my coffee," she had the audacity to argue back, saying it belonged to the person who ordered after me. Unbelievable! This is the kind of worthless service you can expect from that place. Absolutely infuriating!

Today I just have been there to buy some food and a lady was serving and her name was Fatima and she was very disrespectful and she was shouting at me and especially because I am a customer I felt very uncomfortable and I will definitely not be returning back to this shop. The food is also running out and it was all left from early hours. I was definitely not that satisfied with this Greggs?

I haven't went to Gregg's a lot or gotten a lot of food from them so I will base this off what I know. First off, one of my Dad's friends works here and he is very kind because he gave us some free food. Secondly, I tried one of the things (I'm not sure of the name but it looked like a roll with frosting on it) and it was very good. I have also tried some donuts which are good so overall I have to give it a 5/5.
