When we walked in as a family we were welcomed at the door and shown to our table by the friendly manager which was a personal approach. The food came out on time we were that hungry that we forgot to take a picture. I would recommend this to all we had the K.O special and Daal with 2 pashawari naans more than enough for 4 people. First time we've been back for three or four years. It's no frills, rustic restaurant. We love the aromatic and tasty food. The bread is wonderful, garlic naan, peshawari naan and plain are so fresh. All the meat was nicely cooked, lovely rich mango lassi, and the jeera rice was lovely. Very pleasant staff, Service very good all at a very reasonable price. Well done and thank you for an enjoyable meal.Parking: Need to check hours for paid parking during the day, it's not expensive. it Can be very busy in the evening but you normally can find something within 5 minutes away.

My personal experience with this food joint was horrific, stressful, confusing, and very scary at times due to the staff threatening behaviour abusive language as soon as me and my family complained about the food the owner and his staff started to get verbally and physically abusive violent to me and my family members. Our ladies and our children have been traumatised by this Kababish original. Staff All we done was make the owner aware of the quality of food which was very bad what we ordered and what you get abs what you order are complete two different things. I would say not to take your families to this establishment due to their abusive and disrespectful behaviour.

Could have been better. Ordered the kebab roll. The kebab itself was good but the naan was cold. Also, the masala chips were big let down. It felt like overcooked and the remaining parts.

If I can give Zero, I would have. The staff and the service were a big test for us. Queue outside the restaurant, staff came outside to take order while waiting in light rain. Then said we must order before we get in!!Very pushy and misleading information to order extra food, to make money.Once we got in, we were told to pay before the food was served. I was shocked to see the "Eid service charge of 15%". Refused to pay and told them I'm leaving and they said your order is being prepared, so they can't cancel the order. I firmly told them I'm not paying the service charge whatsoever. They removed the service charge but gave a horrible service. They even td us off to drink a special type of juice our child drinks from outside saying that we can't drink this inside their restaurant as this is from outside and told us not to use their glass. This was rather very humiliating and insulting. As soon we paid they shutt their kitchen and refused to offer more food.Pathetic and would never encourage to go their again. I would have referred them to trading standards but wouldn't do this out of respect for a Halal restaurant.Hope the owner see this message and educates his staff.

I was served a CHAPLI Kebab - COLD and HARD on all sides. (Even the fork could not poke it ) I informed the server. No Action. I informed the CHEF. He gave excuse that other customers did not complain. Finally I paid and left the place. BAD EXPERIENCE !!!

Solid food in the heart of Southall.My friends from out of town decided they wanted to eat here.They had specific needs and these were met.We all complemented the food and quality.Our service was excellent and all those that work here were all happy and friendly.Good price point and we all left full and satisfied.Very good and worth checking out!

very nice and clean restaurant. They have a very big menu.Everything is cooked fresh. They serve proper traditional Afghan food and other Asian dishes. The chapli kebabs are amazing and they came with a massive naan bread It was absolutely delicious.

Top quality food however on the pricier side now. Most places have raised their prices so that's to be expected. Both the chicken Jalfrezi and Karahi Gosht were fantastic. The Chapli kebab was one of the best I've ever heard. It was quite thick in comparison to the flat and thin ones you get elsewhere. Great experience and highly recommended.
