Ordered a couple of burgers for home delivery. The burgers both had half the ingredients missing, which somewhat took away from the point of it all. I'd like moan about their staffs level of complete incompetence, but the Hayes Lombardi branch takes that award as at least I got what I ordered on the menu. All I'd just say is, order at your own risk.

Southall is a densely populated place. There are hundreds of customers. I'm afraid there is only one male toilet. Today 21Oct 2023 I've been there and waited 15 minutes to enter the toilet. My suggestion is to make more toilet there.

Apart from the lack of a mirror in the men's toilet, there are no other complaints. And during my visit, it was clean and uncrowded, which is the exception rather than the rule in this type of places. I won't comment on the food because I only drank coffee, which was watery and was coffee in name only. ?

BEWARE!!!! I got a parking fine here for using my mobile phone in the care park and wandering off the premises while my car was parked with my son inside eating his meal. Appealed but over ruled!!! So angry ?
