I just had some items missing from my order and when I called them, instead of apologising they were rude specially shreya. This place is super rude and can’t even talk properly to customers.

Shireya, who was providing the service for sam chicken, was very ill-mannered didn't know how to behave with customers. And the chicken itself was raw. That was not a pleasant experience at all.

The lady (Shreya) on the counter was very rude. She didn't even say thank you or please. I ordered my food paid, and I was waiting that she will respond that it went through or not. She just left the counter and went away. When the food was ready she said shusssh instead of excuse me. The food was cold and soggy apart from the fries, binned the whole thing.
Had a JustEat order, placed on 02/01/2024Club Max Box, fiery chicken wings with potatoes wedges.Fiery chicken smelled bad more like expired chicken and it had a weird texture to it unfortunately i ate some of it and has given me a bad stomach ache, i spoke to a young lady on the phone about the smell of it and was told that they made it fresh and i said no it smelled expired, so then was told to come in the restaurant and show it to her, when i arrived there she was working at the back and came in the front of the shop, i gave her the wings to smell she ignored me and let her other colleague deal with me, i asked him to smell the chicken 2 times and then on the 3rd time he smelled it and was able to see his face reaction that indeed it smelled bad, he quickly then told me to do a refund though JustEat which i done already, i was there to mainly to complain about the food that it should have been checked before giving it out to customers, i even explained i used to work in a chicken shop and i know the procedure, he just couldn't say anything anymore and said that he can't do anything because his boss is not there, i will make a complaint to Ealing council regarding this food safety issue as this is unexpectable.

Their chicken is different to the normal chicken place, its taste’s diff, fresh and d cooked well. The portions is also different to normal place, fancy try.

Food is amazing,the latest bowl rice and chicken poppers is a new thing and it’s tasty,however the portions are mad awful,Sam’s employees arent filling even the whole bowl.

I was scammed by paying £8.59 for 10 BBQ wings, a small box of beans & a canned of Tango as a meal deal. But a poster outside the shop is £5 for 10 wings.I did ask if it’s some onion rings in the box after waiting 10mins for it & they said YES. When I traveled to home & I can’t find any of the onion rings & questions that I was overcharged.She did ask me to return for a refund of £1 & then a voice came through to say nothing missing or overcharged!Sam’s BBQ chicken wings are always on our first order list but this dishonest service has damaged its reputation. Do you know we can buy 3 packs of juicy BBQ wings from Iceland for £10? Although it’s a small amount of this takeaway order, it’s a matter of loyalty and respect! Bye
