Excellent food & ambience.Some twenty years ago, got a taste of excellent Grilled Sea Bass in USA. And then it got banned for a number of years and did not enter back in the menu at most places. Found this item a few times but never anywhere close to the one I got taste of. Now, I found Grilled Sea Bass mentioned in menu at Wild West. I was a bit skeptical, if it will meet my expectation of years back, as I was always disappointed whenever I tried at so many places, wherever I found it. When the order came, it was not only huge in quantity, it was even better than the one I had been chasing after.Other menu items in menu pictures look mouth watering too. Will try it next time.

This shop has really fallen off. They have priced themselves out in the area for average if not below par food. The food used to be amazing and at a reasonable price point however now the prices are steeper and not up to the same high standards set previously. Why have offers on the outside with no clear terms and then when asking for the same offer, everything is somehow only available on another day. An offer on the menu INSIDE the restaurant about a £30 spend apparently only applies to delivery orders only. And judging by the lack of customers they receive, again it’s another ploy to con and try to outsmart customers. Such a low move for a business that is trying its best to lure more customers.

I hate to talk about food like this but unfortunately I have to warn others not to dine here. The Burger was absolutely revolting. It made me sick, and I could taste the bad meat all the home on a 30mins drive and I had a stomach ache when I got home. Chips were discussing as well. The disgusting low quality oil was all over the edges of the serving plate. Some of the photos showing brioche buns are not the case anymore or was never the case and just a one off for a review (idk) but the bun I got with the burger was not a brioche or even a st Pierre style that you can get from Tesco. It was a very very plane cheap bun that I haven’t even seen being served with a beef burger. The can of soft drink was equally bad. It was from some other country and tasted completely awful. Save yourself the agony and go somewhere like red iron or even Amigos to get yourself a burger. Avoid this place like a plague.

Just arrived in Southall with the family and after reading the reviews, thought we'd give it a try. Surprised to find the place empty and the staff on their phones. Nonetheless, sat down and we ordered, 1x chicken tikka burger, 1x loaded doner nachos and 1x loaded doner with chips.Given the place was empty, our food still took quite sometime to arrive. When it did arrive, the burger was ok.AVOID the doner and the loaded nachos. The nachos were Doritos heatwave. The doner was not cooked. When we mentioned it to the staff, they said it was done and if we like our doner well done, we need to tell them! Never in my life have I ordered doner and told them to make it well done!We left and ended up getting a takeaway elsewhere!I hope they read this comment and take on the feedback to avoid disappointment like this in the future.

This was my first time trying The Tandoori chicken it was excellent and the naan bread was on spot plus the new sauces. I would definitely come back for the new items on the menu.

I ordered Hawalian Burger on the app,but they put Wild wild west on the receipt. I called them and they told me we do not change it. I looked at my order again and it was changed. Not happy as they didn't tell me earlier that the Hawalian burger is no longer more. Annoyed

Amazing place, i ordered Family Feast which my wife and kids enjoyed, it was cooked to perfection really tender and juicy. Excellent service and great food highly recommend to those who want to eat quality food at affordable price with family.
