Very disappointing experience. I thought I'd treat myself but the pretzel was almost stone cold (and nothing special, not very large, either). When I complained that it was cold, the lady serving was angry, aggressive and unpleasant. A complete rip-off at £4.95.

I used to come here a lot and buy pretzels for myself and mum. Last time I came was this month (bank holiday) with a friend. My friend ordered a pretzel with chocolate and I ordered a cinnamon sugar one. We found the pretzel quality to be poor (it was hard and like sugary toast). Usually when I buy baked products I would expect it to be warm but this time the quality wasn't what it used to be. Can't say it is worth £4.95. You'd be better off going to your local café to be honest.

Delicious pretzels everytime I go the pretzel is on point delicious and hot.. stuff are always Rude and never smile even when you say HI maybe because I'm Asian or they don't like to work there but I don't care because me and my kids love them pretzels.. we only go to buy some pretzels and enjoy eating them

I went there today the mr pretzel stand near the Apple Store, worst experience ever. The staff was rude, laughing and replying to my order in a rude way.I purchased my pretzel and it was cold and I went back and asked the lady if I can have a new one and the lady proceeded to snatch the pretzel from my hands and throw in a bin very aggressive. I waited for 10 minutes and then gave me a smaller portion of the pretzel . The pretzels not bad. But overall the customer service needs improvement.Because lady gave me a smaller portion I wasn’t very happy about that.

What happened on Tuesday (21st of September) was crazy and I would like this review to arrive to the customer service. We approached to order two pretzels and the lady talked to us in a very very rude way, her face was horrible, like she was very angry.....and of course, she did not say hi or thank you. She just took note of our order and charged me. A couple of minutes later other customers appeared and she started to scream at them in an East European language for 5 minutes, something you should not do in front of customers... I was so shocked to receive this treatment, it was a total show. All the other ladies were the same, so rude and forgetting how to treat a customer. REALLY BAD.

They charged me £6.20 just last night for one cinnamon and sugar pretzel costing £3.75 and they did not give me a receipt, they are scammers, I have contacted them but they do not respond. I will not trust them again.

Sooooooooooo Addictive!!!!! i had to BAN MYSELF.......REALLY!!!!! the pretzels are Friggin great with allllllllll that sugary Gooooodness....i found myself only eating a pretzel and a coffee for breakfast lunch and snack as i wk in the centre.....???♀️had to quite to save my health

Got some Mr Pretzels over the weekend after doing our shopping on Saturday. The line was a little long but it was worth the wait. The staff members were so friendly and attentive. Polite and greeted us at the till. We didnt have to wait long to collect our pretzels. It was absolutely delicious. The dough was lovely and moist and the cinnamon sugar made even more delicious with some white chocolate and chocolate sauce. It is the best I've tasted and we will return again very soon.

Must Read, extremely unprofessional staff. Need to re train them. Asked for freshly made pretzels and they were not happy. They attract customers by giving out fresh samples but when you order, they give out things that's been on the shelf that's cold...

Nothing impressive about these pretzels. What it is impressive though, is the worrying amount of oil they come with. My hands ended up covered in oil and I had to be careful not to touch the bag with my clothes as it was literally leaking oil. There are better and cheaper ways of 'treating' youself to junk food.
