I used to come here a lot and buy pretzels for myself and mum. Last time I came was this month (bank holiday) with a friend. My friend ordered a pretzel with chocolate and I ordered a cinnamon sugar one. We found the pretzel quality to be poor (it was hard and like sugary toast). Usually when I buy baked products I would expect it to be warm but this time the quality wasn't what it used to be. Can't say it is worth £4.95. You'd be better off going to your local café to be honest.
Delicious pretzels everytime I go the pretzel is on point delicious and hot.. stuff are always Rude and never smile even when you say HI maybe because I'm Asian or they don't like to work there but I don't care because me and my kids love them pretzels.. we only go to buy some pretzels and enjoy eating them
I went there today the mr pretzel stand near the Apple Store, worst experience ever. The staff was rude, laughing and replying to my order in a rude way.I purchased my pretzel and it was cold and I went back and asked the lady if I can have a new one and the lady proceeded to snatch the pretzel from my hands and throw in a bin very aggressive. I waited for 10 minutes and then gave me a smaller portion of the pretzel . The pretzels not bad. But overall the customer service needs...read full review
