One of the staff was rude when i confronted him he came right on my face as if he was going to punch me. I think I’m paying them £30 a month so that their staff can be rude with me. I asked for the complain procedure they started laughing at me.

I ordered an oat cappuccino and the barista made a regular cappuccino. Mistakes happen, however the lady who took my order argued with me saying I never asked for oat- going back and fourth with me. ( I am lactose intolerant ).I wanted to ask for her name and explain how her attitude was unacceptable to a customer but she disappeared. She had fair skin and brown hair in a ponytail. I use Pret all the time and she honestly ruined my day.

I want to express my concern regarding the behavior of one of your staff members, including the manager, leader, and barista. As a regular customer, I've consistently experienced rudeness from them, particularly when placing my usual order. Not only have they been disrespectful, but they've also accused me of ordering coffee incorrectly. This not only undermines my confidence as a customer but also reflects poorly on the professionalism of your establishment. I believe it's essential for all staff, including management, to treat customers with respect and refrain from making derogatory remarks. I hope you address this matter promptly to maintain the positive atmosphere of your establishment.

I had a pepper mint tea and asked for honey to the guy in the counter. He said the honey has been run out and this isn't the first time I heard from that guy (there's no name badge on his uniform, he's Eastern European tall and has long hair). A had to ask a known barista for the honey and she managed to find an open box of honey just next to the counter guy). This counter guy has been ridiculous since I see him for 5-6 months. I'm not sure if the Pret management asked him save the honey for his own household!

The lady with the brown short bob was so rude and hostile to me today 22/12/23. I didn’t hear her about the subscription and she said “ I TOLD YOU ABOUT SUBSCRIPTION CANCEL THE CARD MACHINE”. So rudely whilst making faces at me. It made me feel so embarrassed and put a downer on my whole shopping experience. For someone who is working in hospitality/customer service in the busy Christmas period there’s NO excuse for it. The customer has t forced you to apply for a hospitality role. I never leave reviews but there’s no excuse for it.

First of all, it’s crowded all the time, and you have to take queue for a single cup of coffee and the stuffs never fill the cup full and you don’t feel safe here as there’s beggars around. Always scared of stealing your personal belongings if you leave it in the table.
