The level of staff ignorance at this Starbucks is beyond any expectation, regardless of how many other rubbish "servers" you might have come across at similar outlets!! Here's why ... I walked to the counter and asked for a cup of hot water first. Refusal followed, for whatever unclear reason. Then I tried to ask for a cup of ordinary (drinking) tap water, for which I got another refusal from 3 members of staff, one of whom appeared to be the team leader. That's their new policy, I was told, with no convincing explanation given. Refusing to serve someone plain drinking water, no matter if a paying customer or not, that's just disgusting & mean!!! Hoping this gets a good read multiple times...

The guy with glasses and a poorly left hand (maybe Spanish?) was very friendly and helpful!! Thanks for helping me with my gift card! I've ordered a gingerbread latte (which his colleague made-it was lovely) with Oat milk. He confirmed with me if I wanted normal or Vegan wipped cream, which was very much appreciated!! The ppl at Westfield-kiosk should learn from him!! I've also got x1 Red and x1 Golden-Star reusable cups and He made sure I wasn't overcharged as he could not find the code on the till at first. Thank you guys :)Dietary restrictions: Vegan wipped cream availabile which means I can enjoy a larger variety of drinks! Yay!

Bought a gingerbread late this morning, my first seasonal so called treat. They are quick enough to upsell the cream but it's a shame the coffee is so poor and should focus upon that. It was bitter and a real letdown. A total waste of £5.35 - suffice to say I won't be returning.

Very poor service. We order a drink also some snacks .I asked iced water one of the staff his name salmon .He said they don't serve iced water because their manager valentina said no and he said it's a company policy. I was requesting him consider for this hot weather. He said no .While Starbucks serving customer iced drinks, why they can't give iced water .Is it a business policy? He was serving customers iced drinks. This hot weather was dying for iced water. Very disappointed

ordered large matcha, paid 6 pounds.drink tastes at milk with some matcha. but barely.even if you get bigger size they still use the same amount of matcha so goes watery.very disappointed

This branch is woeful. Wasted £5.15 on a Pumpkin Spice Latte that doesn’t even have any syrup. Tasted like coffee and milk. You’re charging £5 for coffee and milk. We came back to return it, but the lady said the pump wasn’t working. If you know the pump isn’t working, why sell it and ripoff customers? The lady put in some syrup, but it still didn’t taste like the PSL. I would never want to come back here, but I’d have to taste my drink before walking out.

Ok, seems under new management.\\nThe Italian lady was super sweet. She made my drink the way I like it even though I gave her my order from my country of residence. She also suggested I get the loyalty card since I go to Starbucks often.

However, my recent experience at this particular branch was far from satisfactory.I was served by a young lady named Tanjila. She was sitting behind the till counter, engrossed in her phone and watching videos, showing a lack of attention to customers. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also gave the impression that customer service was not a priority. I was taken aback by her dismissive attitude and lack of willingness to assist customers.To make matters worse, my order was prepared incorrectly, and Tanjila did not even offer an apology for the mistake. Her overall demeanor was rude and left me feeling disheartened. This encounter was a stark contrast to the positive experiences I have had at other Starbucks locations.I believe that exceptional customer service is one of the key pillars of your brand's success, and it deeply saddens me to see it compromised in this manner. I understand that occasional lapses can occur, but I strongly urge you to consider providing proper training to your staff, particularly in the realm of customer interaction and service. Hi I went to Starbucks today I was served by one miserable guy with horrible attitude I should remind him his customer service is shocking he should take training how to deal with customers he should also remember that he doesn’t own the store he is here to work I got his name watch out for that horrible guy seriously needs help I’m attaching his name so people can be aware when they go the what to expect he needs to fix himself up and I must remind him never mind he doesn’t want to serve me I do not want to get serve by him I went to costa I spend my money the without any attitude and problem everyone else is ok other then this miserable guy In this branch including the manager she is very nice she was very helpful and took on my feedback it’s only that horrible rude guy he refuses to give his name shows how unprofessional he is then he gets angry and gives out his name seriously needs help go and take training how to behave with customers you horrible miserable person and what customer service is check were his badge is in the counter he should have his badge on him not leaving in the counter like this

Drinks are ok when they listen to instructions I’m giving one start because of the Rude staff named GINAN major attitude problem he wouldn’t let me explain how I want my drink like is he feeling okay who interviewed him for this job please send him back for some further training on how to take orders from customers
