The guy with glasses and a poorly left hand (maybe Spanish?) was very friendly and helpful!! Thanks for helping me with my gift card! I've ordered a gingerbread latte (which his colleague made-it was lovely) with Oat milk. He confirmed with me if I wanted normal or Vegan wipped cream, which was very much appreciated!! The ppl at Westfield-kiosk should learn from him!! I've also got x1 Red and x1 Golden-Star reusable cups and He made sure I wasn't overcharged as he could not find...read full review

Ok, seems under new management.\\nThe Italian lady was super sweet. She made my drink the way I like it even though I gave her my order from my country of residence. She also suggested I get the loyalty card since I go to Starbucks often.
