67 Sydenham Rd, LondonCatching up with friends, who go fairly regularly; we haven't been for many years.\nBusy, but tables not squashed up and not too noisy, so we could talk.\nQuite attentive staff and very nice that poppadoms arrived automatically, served with plenty of and very nice sauces.\nWide choice of menu, with food arriving reasonably quickly, considering the busyness of the place, whilst also serving take-away customers/bikes.\nFood very tasty, and heat descriptors accurate.\nA little odd that after main course, knives and forks placed in front of us - for what?\nNo room for desserts, but nice to see a reasonably wide choice of ice cream based sweets.\nCan see how Gurkhas won the Lewisham restaurant award.\nWill be happy to return.
