The pizza is great and the delivery is fast. Ordered my pizza at 11:23 and it’s 11:58 and almost I’m almost finished eating. The way u guys cut the pizza is really funny, I had a slither of pizza as a slice and 2 giaaant sliced

Ordered a vegetarian pizza, dip and drink. The delivery arrived after 30mins. The label on the outside of the box was correct but the pizza inside was wrong, it had meat on it. I rang them and was told there had been a mix up with orders and that they would send me a new one with the correct pizza. After 1 hour no pizza had arrived. I then tried calling them 7 times before someone answered the phone. They wouldn't listen to me and get the pizza delivered to me or give me a refund. The manager then spoke to me and said it had been delivered. I reexplained what had happened and what I'd been told on the phone, he started trying to refuse to refund me or give me my pizza. Once I raised my voice and continued to explain what happened to me he offered me a full refund. This is now 2 hours after I made my order with them. So rude and horrendous. I've never had a problem with domino's before.

Excellent Mexican chicken pizza (The ultimate chicken Mexicana) has a mix of flavors between sweet, salty, cold and spicy, a really good combination. also the 7 chicken strips were crispy and tasty. All excellent and food kept hot. The delivery was fast and the person very friendly. Thank you!!

Delicious food, it arrived within half an hour too!!! And thank you for sending such a polite delivery driver! One of our pizzas had been squashed a little bit and he offered to take it back to the store for a fresh one, which I politely declined

The usual Domino's Pizza options fairies all round year buy one get one free special offers with pizzas freshly made on the premises also has a fast delivery service you can pay your door pizzas are always fresh and hot when they delivered
This food tasted disgusting… The food was so dry and very dissatisfied. The person on the phone would not listen to my complaint and debated that he made it . The pizza felt like it was from yesterday.

Absolutely dreadful service, couldn't even provide me with a reciept and left my pizza on the side for 10 minutes whilst I was waiting in the restaurant before giving it to me

Very weird experience, the guy at the till was constantly trying to have me to pay with cash for the pizza. What made it even more weird was the fact that he has sent me and my wife to wait by the car, when he brought the pizza out he asked for cash and didn’t have a receipt. I said to him that i need to pay with card and won't take cash out. ?

If i could give Thamesmead Dominos a zero out of 5 i would. Every time ive ordered its been worse than a £1 frozen pizza. It said it was out for delivery and took 45 minutes to get here, then it was cold and burnt, and they forgot the drink, said would be back with it in 5 minutes and never arrived. Called for a refund and they refused to do anything about it apart from come collect the other pizzas and deliver some more which would be another hour. Awful service and product. Please get in contact with a full refund.
