DISAPPOINTING to say the least! If you are disabled, don’t even bother. I Dim Sum, shame on you!!!Wanting to give this restaurant a try but sadly we won’t go back; average food, wine list availability/prices not accurate (we ordered 5 different choices and told they didn’t have either) but the most appalling part of our experience? This giant restaurant location doesn’t bother to fit a disabled toilet so shame on their owners for not being inclusive so we considered this discriminatory & degrading.

Such great food and lovely staff with excellent service. Shame it’s not buzzing with diners - We’ve been twice and will definitely be going back. It seems a little pricey but portions are very generous too. If you’re thinking about it you should try it.

Overpriced. The Singapore noodles were so dry, we left it almost uneaten.

Ordered from "Sanxia Renjia" online. Price point was high. Very disappointing first and last meal. Very poor quality for such a high price point and finding two hairs in a dish just added insult to injury.Turns out to be this place that I would have avoided had I known. It would be nice if eateries stuck to their given names to allow customers a choice.Honesty, integrity, code, and honour. One to avoid.

6/10, a real hit and miss. You either enjoy it, or don’t. When the food came, it looked appetising however the taste was not the best; it’s not terrible but it’s not the best.Portions were very big though, so order less! The lady who served us (Felis or something) was so lovely and really helped us on what and how to order. She made the time worthwhile.Very bog standard decor, plenty of seating. Situated right by the riverside.

DO NOT GOOrdered char su pork and rice they gave me crispy pork belly didn't mention it to me then I could hear the cheffs having a laugh about me not noticing as if I hadn't known form the start. I didn't make an issue in the moment as the food was good would of happily of agreed to the substitute the charsu for the crispy pork belly 1st off extremely unprofessional from the staff and management 2nd teach your staff to be professional especially when u have an open kitchen I will give them credit for not charging me for char su and correctly charged me for the crispy pork belly and my partners food. All in all was good food decent price but horrible service and atmosphere when inside it felt as if they didn't want anyone but Asians to dine at there establishment which is a horrendous environment to have for a restaurant will never go or recommend anyone to go due to the experience this happened in 2023

We visited this restaurant on a Sunday lunchtime after firstly visiting the previous week. We had good food on our first visit but the service was very unfriendly and we felt rushed out of the door, but we thought we would go back for a second try. We won't be returning, as on our second visit the food was a very poor standard, undercooked chicken and they refused to give us anything off the bill. Actually came away feeling rather sick. The toilets were filthy ... along with black sludge coming off on our hands from the soap dispenser. Overall very disappointing.

We were greeted by a friendly young woman who took our order. The food was average and luke warm. We were the only guests at this time. One member of staff was constantly coming out of the restaurant sitting on the next table to us while puffing away on her cigarette and goodness knows what she was smoking but it stank! We got mouthfuls of the horrible smoke all through our meal when she could have sat anywhere. We didn't got one smile or hello off this member of staff. The young waiter who brought our food out was unpleasant and just slammed our food down. The green tea was lovely and refreshing. On top of it all we were charged a £8.10 service charge, had we known this would happen we would never have eaten here.

Everything was so delicious and perfect! Staff are also nice .. will definitely come back again and again
Second visit to the I dim sum. Great food as before. We have a small dog and knew we needed to eat outside so at the end of the meal which cost £80 we asked for some water for our dog which they refused. The place is usually empty and they wonder why they are not keeping regular customers. I can’t see this restaurant staying open for much longer which is a shame as the quality of the food is good.

Impressed by their big portions of the main courses, dim sum platter is also worth to try as you can have different kind of dim sums at the same time. One thing which need to pay attention is the service, they won't come to refill water while there's only a tea pot for our group of five. We need to press the button frequently to request for more water and one of the waiters only filled half of the pot! ?♀️ Can you imagine what's going on?

Nice surroudings, service & food. One star knocked off as pricey and seeing the cooks sitting outside on empty tables smoking on their downtime is not a good look for an upmarket restaurant,.

So I ordered 4 items through Uber Eats. I received 3 items, only 1 of them is from what I ordered. I called the restaurant. They had to get the manager on the line. All I got was “we can’t do anything about it. Contact Uber Eats and they will see if they refund you or make another an order”. Not a single word of apology for the mess they did or showing any kind of empathy for wasting my time. I don’t care how their food is, I will NEVER order from them again.

When this place first opened after Covid, it was great. Lovely Chinese food outside of Chinatown. The service was warm and efficient. Due to these facts we didn't mind paying the high prices. Recent trips in the last 2 weeks have proved disappointing. We arrive, a chap asks if we have reservations and despite the place being empty, we couldn't get a table without reservation. Arrived this Friday lunchtime. The place was empty again, was asked by the same chap if we had a reservation. We said we did, he did not check, did not enquire for name or time, but let us straight in. We were 1 out of three tables occupied. The place was deserted. The service was not efficient, we had to ask several times for the bill, despite it being empty. The prices are still high. The atmosphere has soured. We will not be returning soon.
