The sad thing is not many people look at reviews here before ordering on sites such as Deliveroo, Just Eat and others.I ordered food from them via Deliveroo and it didn't turn up they still charged me over £25. They said they tried to call, they didn't. They said they delivered it, they didn't.I tried to call them and the number doesn't work.I looked up London Pizza Experts under companies house and it appears they don't have a licence. The company dissolved at the end of 2022. They are not running legally.

Will never order from here again. Over 1.5 hours wait for a delivery on a Sunday night at 10pm (not exactly peak) for a delivery that was estimate 15-35 mins. Cold pizza. Tasted like a frozen supermarket pizza.

The first time my order took 3 hours to arrive and they blocked my number in the process and the second it never came and they charged me £31 pounds and claimed it arrived ?? Place is a joke I've alerted the police steer clear !!!

Ordered your new kebab today along with our usual pizza and the food was delicious.The new owner has definatly made a big improvement and the shop is looking very new and fresh will most definatly be back again!!!

Ordered over the phone for collection left me waiting outside for 1 hour and still got our order wrong!!!!
Awful! Not many toppings, pizza late delivery and not very hot. The worst thing is their Italian parma ham and rocket pizza had no parma ham or rocket! See picture! Don't bother complaining as no one there listens or cares. Seems the new management is just as bad.

I ordered the 15 inch double deal. I didn't get the garlic bread or wedges or the stuffed crust I'd paid for. When I told the delivery man he said I was wrong and to call the shop if there was an issue. Have tried calling five times and no one picks up. Have emailed the shop explaining the order was wrong and I want the rest of my food delivered or a refund but have heard nothing back. Will not be ordering from them again - unfortunate as the pizza is actually really nice!

Food OK from number of customer phone calls wanting take out deliveries. This does cause a bit of delay if you want a quick donor kebab after coming from a nearby pub. Counter service slow because guy taking delivery phone calls at the counter rather than serving.

Wonderful place! I love the fact that it’s open till late, the man who served me was very polite and got everything right! The pizza was delicious! I order from here at least once a week and every time I haven’t been disappointed with the service/food delivered!
