Absolutely horrible. When you go there, they give you the wrong order. When you order online, they changed the estimated time and takes ages for food to be given to the driver. On top of that, the food arrives frozen or missing foos from the order. AbsoluteLy horrible. I will never use thamesmead branch ever

Fast food.... waited over 20 min for food in drive thru. They get you to park in the road with 5 other cars blocking the road. Very poorly run

Was greatly disappointed visiting this particular Mc. Donalds outlet. I do not know whether the heating was deliberately turned off. The outlet was unbearably cold, and when I brought it to the attention of the manager, He was of no help. Had to take my kids out as it wasn't a safe place to dine in.

You'd think when the restaurant is quiet the food would be hot. Think again, I don't know how they do it, but they do?

Ain't nobody going McDonald's for quality food, but it's good enough for what you pay. And they're pretty much the kings of convenience.
