This is an amazing little restaurant. Went with in a group of four & the staff helped us get a good variety of dishes including vegetarian. The quality of the sushi was fabulous.

Staff are perfect, ambience is brilliant and the food is unbelievable. The only downside is the Takoyaki is so good I order 12 each time I go with my wife and I'm afraid they will start to think of me as the Takoyaki

Made the journey to come here twice and been turned away both times. They don’t say online anywhere that their kitchen closes at 20:30 despite being open until 22:30 so beware of that. The second time they were apparently fully booked and couldn’t even fit 1 person, even though the restaurant was half empty. Been disappointed twice so I won’t be trying again.

It’s best to make a reservation for lunch on weekdays??walkin only accepts up to four people, and after that everyone has to wait at least 1 hourThe food quality is good, the restaurant space is not big, but because of the small number of tables, it is not overwhelming??

Came here for the first time tonight with my wife and I have to say it’s one of the best meals we’ve ever had. The young man serving us was excellent, and the food was fantastic…can’t wait to come back.

We love Obon. Just wish there was a bit more space between the tables because we sat next to a very quiet couple that was Def listening in to our conversation. Everything else was perfect.
Lovely little local gem for sushi and udon. A bit pricey though.

So happy we found this absolute gem. The food here is very fresh and tasty. Every bite was a delight! We ordered a lot and were surprised that every single meal served was so delicious. I recommend takoyaki, spicy ebi karage, miso, sashimi sets, nigiri and spicy tekka . The service was good as well, all the staff were very welcoming. Can’t wait to return for more.

The sashimi and sushi were so delicious that I went there for lunch about twice a month for the three years I was stationed here!I was with my 2-year-old child, and there was a baby chair, and my son ate delicious udon noodles and was very satisfied!
