An absolute scam. They had an offer at the time of this comment. Not only did it not correspond in terms of size (2 x 10 inches pizzas instead of 2 x 15 inches pizzas) the person on the phone simply hung up when I asked for more information.An absolute scam, waste of time and a waste of money. order anyway but here. Completely usless.

Disgusting food - I have eaten from a lot of chinese take away’s and the quality can sometimes be stodgy but edible. This was the worst I have ever had. The sweet and sour chicken had solid lumps of "sauce" in it. The satay beef was so chewy it was practically inedible and tasted completely flavourless. The apple fritters were undercooked with rock hard apple in the centre. Don't order from here!

I have never bought pizza from here until today.. thought I'd give it a go.. the pizza was ok. But in the deal there was meant to be chicken wings and garlic bread with a drink. Which is what I got.. but the chicken... I'm very confused. It came in a plastic container. It had batter around it and I could tell it had been fried (which is what I thought i would get). But at the bottom of the container there was this sticky yellow looking stuff which at first I though it might have been sweet and sour sauce but it doesn't smell like it at all. Didn't eat it. Made me think about the cleanliness of the place in all honesty. Looks like clotted oil. Might have just got a bad batch or something? LolWon't be ordering from here again.

When I got my order I threw out all the other Chinese Menu's I hold. The food was great and the operator listened to my requirements stating my son had a fish allergy. The food came is this very sweet and cute box. I love this place. I will order future Chinese from this company. Thank you

Called the restaurant when pizza was half an hour late. Upon picking up the phone the operator continued to talk to a colleague while I was on the other end, keeping me waiting. Further to this, I found out that despite having ordered the thing an hour previous, the pizza hadn't even left the restaurant. The pizza is great, but god damn, sort your customer service out.

Only given one star because they turned up. Thai green curry is rubbery chicken in coconut milk, no other flavourings. starters were microwaved. Pad thai was simply noodles with sweet chilli sauce and prawns. few peanuts. No other ingredients that make a pad thai. Absolutely disgusting and we threw away £40 worth of food

Should have been entitled to free meal as menu explicitly says free if delivered in plastic bag (instead of eco friendly box!) Driver phoned manager but manager rudely refused to honour menu. Cancelled order, will avoid in the future!

Awful food. fried rice tasted buttery, chicken chow mien was dry and tasteless. Chicken was dry. Ribs tasted like they'd just come out of the fridge and warmed in a microwave and had a funny after taste. overly priced and not worth your money

Ordered Sweet and sour chicken with egg fried rice and a coke, it was delivered in great packaging then I saw my drink wasn't in their! The food looked really dry almost all of the chicken, still I gave it a chance. Had to force myself to eat as much as I did before I couldn't take it anymore and spat out what was in my mouth. £15 I spent was wasted and to top it off I was sick the next morning, probably the chicken getting out of my system! Don't buy from them the Wok Express are way better!
