My son got a wrap. He was asked if he wanted spicy or lemon n herb.I ordered fried chicken. I wasn't told that there was an option (if there even was) for heat level. I just assumed it would be regular Southern fried chicken. It wasn't. Got home and the chicken was too spicy to eat.They should make it known that the chicken has a spicy coating.

Ordered on Uber a few times and ignored writing a review as thought might be a mistake as a one off but every time i pay extra for stuff to be added they just don’t bother reading. I’m not asking for anything for free. I paid for cheese on all the burgers ! Came with none. I paid for 6 sauces I got ZERO also they just chuck any drink in the bag. Really bad customers service

The staff dont care about the food or what they are serving you;They are more interested in their private phone messages than serving you!Dirty chairs, dirty trays, dirty floor, poor quality chicken burgers!I'm giving you a star because I have to, otherwise will be zero stairs!You will not see me there again, never, never again.

Was able to make my own burger with an exter chicken fillet burger with limited commucation easy to order and great service would easily go hear again but have other chicken and chip shops nearer to home so will add this one to my list But where is Morley's in Thonton Heath high street will it ever return or am I just buying into a brand as there all basically the same thing or are they?Kid-friendliness: As I had limited commucation it was easy to add an exter fillet burger to my bun as sometimes I stuggle with out my voice when hungry and can stuttering can effect my voice so had a good experience hear on one off my off days and felt safe inside off the high street with CCTV inside as anything could kick off around this area unfortunately but I felt save hear witch I did not at Subway down the road .
