48 Brigstock Rd, Thornton HeathWe have been here for lunch a few times. The food and coffee were great. I can highly recommend the börek and baklava as well. The owner is very nice and courteous. The store is a little small and the ambience wasn't the greatest but other than that it was very lovely.

Vegan Sweet Tooth
2 Gilsland Rd, London, Thornton HeathI was desperate for a vegan cake on the same day of my friend's birthday on 29th Feb but not hopeful that I would find someone who could make something bespoke with such short lead time. Giancarlo was super responsive and made an absolutely gorgeous cake that looked exactly like the photo on the website.It was so beautiful that the people at the party couldn't stop talking about it! I will definitely use Vegan Sweet Tooth again for cakes. I highly recommend for special occasions as they look absolutely spectacular and taste delicious.Dietary restrictions: The cake was for a group of people with lots of dietary requirements and was suitable for everyone. It was particularly useful to be able to see all the ingredients on the website so the parents of children with severe allergies could check that the cake was suitable for them (it was).

Bensham Manor Road, Thornton HeathFrom the first phone call to the setting up of the cake in the venue, Reena could not have been more helpful. She designed, baked and decorated the perfect cake for my daughter’s wedding and it tasted incredible and literally as good as it looked.There were 3 tiers of delicious lemon and elderflower cakes which were decorated to match my daughter’s lily of the valley theme. Reena brought the cake to the venue to set it up and also provided a box of cupcakes baked gluten free for two guests with allergies.There were so many positive comments on the way the cake looked and tasted.Thank you so much Reena - I’d give more stars if I could!

Cornfield Bakery
51 High St, Thornton HeathThere were two people in front of me and two people behind. The guy serving was very entertaining and the customers joined in with his banter. He kept calling out the prices in dollars. As I had just come back from a trip abroad I had dollars on me. I offered to pay for my goods in dollars. He reverted to pounds after that, much to the amusement of all.

37 High St, Thornton HeathWas able to make my own burger with an exter chicken fillet burger with limited commucation easy to order and great service would easily go hear again but have other chicken and chip shops nearer to home so will add this one to my list But where is Morley's in Thonton Heath high street will it ever return or am I just buying into a brand as there all basically the same thing or are they?Kid-friendliness: As I had limited commucation it was easy to add an exter fillet burger to my bun as sometimes I stuggle with out my voice when hungry and can stuttering can effect my voice so had a good experience hear on one off my off days and felt safe inside off the high street with CCTV inside as anything could kick off around this area unfortunately but I felt save hear witch I did not at Subway down the road .
