Ordered a delivery from here.The picture shows a chicken wing & the smaller item is a whole piece of chicken!!!Would like to see them try and sell this to someone who was eating in ?.Seriously bad service if you order a delivery from this outlet especially as two of my six piece bucket were this size ☹️

This is a fairly new branch. However, it looks unloved, cold and unwelcoming. The seated area was closed on a mid evening Sunday so we had to use the seating new the front door so it was a tad drafty. Clear they had not planned for customer service as there was one member of staff who tried to run everything by herself with little or no support. I found the touch screen panel easy to use but there was many customers who did not and asked for help but didn't get it as the one member of staff could not run the counter and help on the ordering. I ordered a spicy rice box and got a box half full of lettuce and altogether quite bland as it had no additional sauces apart from ketchup. A complete rethink is needed for this branch as the execution of the delivery to the customer is not what I would expect from a worldwide brand. It's on par with a cheap chicken shop.

Surrounded by the delivery riders who even ride their vehicles around the corner. Also, the waiting area is busy and has limited space to eat in. Otherwise, food is good.

Customer service is pretty much non existent, food is good but a few times my order has missed food or been given incorrect food.
The food was awful. It didnt taste like KFC. The chicken tasted like it had been fried in reallybold oil or fishy oil. The chips were awful and covered in black bits so you could inly eat half a chip.Unfortunately the day I went in, a woman had just been knoced down but the staff were talking about it so casually saying "she was licked down by a car" which doesnt sound nice.I wont be going there again. I would rather spend that money in Morleys or any other chicken shop.

KFC for your information, 3 pieces of chicken is NOT 2 pieces and a tiny wing.Chips were cold/raw in the middle.Awful. Won't use again. Morley's etc a far superior and at half the cost.

Something to work on is not harassing customer's just because they may look and pass judgement on the customer's clothing.Not leaning over the counter to serve whilst calling a customer away from a self checkout.When customer service want a review the name of the person who served name is normally on the customer receipt.If this happens ever again I will exculate my customer rights act.

Worst taste and they might aswell rebrand it. This is nothing like kfc also I ordered take way 6 zinger burgers and I received 5, chip that I orders looks like soggy bean it’s horrible, wasted my time and money everything’s. They should just close this store down ruining kfc reputation. Thanks
