Late lunch meal (2:45pm onwards). Clean & calm environment. Lots of places to sit. Spacious & clean restroom area. Tried the McPlant. Thankfully it give the meaty after taste. If it's possible... Seemed actually healthy. Must say - the burger could have been a pound less expensive.Dietary restrictions: Vegan.

So since the renovation it's quite cold inside when you wanna eat. The food is OK much better to eat in as it's cooked quite fresh, rather thsn ordering it from just eat or Deliveroo etc & it turns up cold and horrible. At least in the store you can complain there and then & get a replacement. But on the apps you get conned out of money & get only partial refunds if missing food or its cold. Staff hang about a little on the line, and serving customers at the till, a bit slow or it has been when we've turned up a few times.
The ketchup in the hamburger tasted like blood. Milanos is far better

This is the third time that the order has not arrived complete and there is no way to contact someone who will take responsibility. It is very frustrating for a child to wait so long to end up getting nothing. Terrible service, how sad.

This is another time I get a burger with unmelted cheese. To avoid cleaning the grill of cheese, they put a slice of cheese straight on the bun instead of melting it! Moreover, even though there are practically no people in the place, there is a terrible mess around, food is lying on every table and in every nook and cranny, the whole floor is sticky. I don't recommend it, I don't recommend it, I don't recommend it. They should close this branch or change the management team because they clearly cannot cope and they are detrimental to the company because they do not meet the standards that prevail in other branches of this company.
