Today I was served by Hamzah at tooting. He was very kind, nice and genuine. Even though I was fasting whilst waiting for a table he offered me a cup of water as I was fasting which I appreciated a lot. Thank you.

As we all are aware today is Mother’s Day, my mum wanted to go Nando’s so I took her there. The food was very tasty, at my last mouthful there was a small hair that had been a big surprised.However I was very impressed by the staff professionalism. They had been very apologetic and took down my email for further investigation.

Overall the lady serving us was amazing. But, when my sister’s salad came she bit into a piece of plastic. You can see in the photo on the right side. I went up to say this had happened. The two people working in the kitchen said they’ll bring a new one. I say down. Didn’t want to cause a fuss as mistakes happen. Waited almost 10 minutes before going up again to remind them about salad. I said I wanted to speak to the manager as now mine and my sister’s lunch was ruined. Mine had gone cold and my sister’s was absent of salad. The lady serving us was apologetic. She refunded the amount for the salad and told me to send an email to Nando’s Tooting with the picture. Which I did later.The whole experience was not nice.

First time trying Nando’s and the burger bun was old and muddy.. chicken was under cook aswell, really pink inside.

Shift manager Amani needs more training. The food was not cooked properly, the sauce bottle was empty, and the plate and cutlery were so dirty that we cleaned ourselves. I recommend it is better not to come to this restaurant. We came from Epsom to eat because of halal but we regret that.

It was one of the worst experience. Ordered full platter but when it arrived chicken wasn’t cooked properly. Shift incharge Amini wasn’t really helpful and telling the stories of vessel and we will take temperatures that it is ok or no. She refused to offer anything else instead of food and said you can only have 2 chicken legs but after the experience we wasn’t to interested in that again. She was really incompetent in her job during our visit we found her souting on other staff members and even she was taking order but her focus wasn’t on customer instead she was taking to staff member next to her which is really disrespectful to customer. I will never visit this place again.

So disappointed. As my local Nando’s, I’ve never been so disappointed with today’s service as well as food. First when we arrived, it wasn’t welcoming, for a table of 2 he asked us to wait, we had to ask him if we could sit downstairs he hesitated and took us down. He wanted us to sit on a dirty table when there was a clean table opposite. The starter took over 20 minutes to arrive, we then waited another 45 minutes for our food to arrived.. a couple who came after us received their food before us! During this time no one checked on us until we called over the waiter, who was rude and not understanding at all! After 45 minutes he told us it will take time???? firstly everything came cold! Secondly, loaded fries were so disappointing, as something we usually order and advertised the way it is, it was the complete opposite! We sent our food back 4 times due to it being cold and lacking of peritamer sauce! The wraps were dryyy! No sauce what so ever, also cold!At this point we were over it and asked for a refund! As we’re waiting the manager I assume “we will give you the refund you can go” ????? Lacking customer service!! I shouldn’t have to ask for confirmation of refundsAs regulars, Unfortunately we will not be returning again! So sosoooo disappointed

I must say I'm always disappointed whenever I visit tooting Nandos and tend to avoid it as much as I can. I risked it yet again today and caught by my surprise the service that I had recieved from Amani was absolutely BRILLIANT!!! Amani was very helpful and the emmense service that she had provided was AMAZING she was very patient with ensuring that my NHS discount was connected to my card for future references!! I'm so impressed with the engagement that I had received from her today and that's a shock especially coming from tooting Nandos!!!!

Was my first time going to Nando's, unfortunately was disappointed by the poorly managed service. An hour after ordering, our order got forgotten and was told 10 mins, 15 mins later the order still wasn't started. People that came after us had food brought to the table. Thankfully got refunded by still poor service and management.On the plus side the gentleman greeting us was friendly.
