This woman with the blonde hair , but chubby with an accent is too rude, WILL not be returning the worst customer service ever, the barista made the drink carelessly and put a BLACK lemon inside my drink that looked almost expired. Would never recommend.

It is my comfort zone currently, I am going their when I want to rest my mind with very random faces, reactions and songs

Back to greatness since they reopened the University branch. I still get wrong coffees on weekends tho.

Great customer service, one of the best & lovely Flat white made by the Italian lady ? (curly hair), sorry can't remember the name.A big thank you to everyone ?

Dire coffee prepped by a barista that must have given up caring long ago. When you're a parent on a ward, popping out for a coffee is about as much of a treat you can get...and a walk... and your mental break. Such a let down when you pay £3+ to get a dogs**te coffee. Instead of a smooth flat white I received a bubbly and foamy mess. Watching, you could see they have no idea how to use pitchers or steam wand properly (or just don't care). Unfortunately Peabody's (I tried the day before) was no better, so both coffee shops at the hospital are useless!

Nice staff. Great coffee subscription service. Awesome Frappe that actually contains espresso rather than the traditional instant coffee!

This is by far the worst pret I have ever been to. It often has long queues. The staff are overworked, but often also indifferent. I've had wrong orders here or orders simply forgotten. This pret is broken.

Poor baristas are way too overworked on the weekends. Only two people covering a queue that comes all the way out of the shop. This may become a problem for nhs staff who don’t have that long on breaks. Lovely drinks though! Worth the wait ?

Always busy..I paid for my subscription and they are serving bad coffee. Waste of money. I used to love their coffee because it's organic but the quality of serving their coffee is so bad.
