Very very busy. Almost everyone who works there has a Pret subscription and so the queue is endless!The baristas are working hard - bless them- but it's just very busy all the time
They have nice almond croissants but the coffee is hit & miss. More miss than hit tbh... when it is a hit.. It is really really good. It is that once-in-a-while-lucky-to-get-a-goooood-coffee that keeps people going back.Their coffee is unnecessarily expensive.

Poor baristas are way too overworked on the weekends. Only two people covering a queue that comes all the way out of the shop. This may become a problem for nhs staff who don’t have that long on breaks. Lovely drinks though! Worth the wait ?
