Every time I order a too good to go bag it either gets cancelled or the shop is closed at collection time, very unsatisfactory and unprofessional.Why are they on the site if they can't be bothered to provide the goods.

I went to Greggs on Mother’s Day to treat myself to a cheeky vegan steak bake and the service given by Jedai and his colleague was exemplary. I have to say now a days good service counts for everything! The only reason I gave a four star for food is that the steak bake was cold. However definitely will be going back as I loved the service. Some 5star restaurants could learn a lot from you lot ⭐️

Standard Greggs food. Can't complain for the price.Staff however need people training. No level of customer service. A good morning is returned with a grunt by the staff. They do the bare minimum to serve. Almost a threatening atmosphere.It doesn't cost a penny to smile or say good morning?

Told me half of my order was missing contact JUST EAT there's no contact number tell me the other half of my food but they cannot send it out joke poor service
