Order never received. It’s been over one hour. Tracking shows cutting for 1 hour, restaurant shows closed now. Why don’t you just cancel the order??? What type of business is this? Just cancel and refund. Absolutely ridiculous.

Avoid go to Pizza Hut or dominoes! The manager hanged up the phone on us! The pizza were raw and all the toppings fell off they need to be shut down. Do not trust them with your food

Truly lacking the bare minimum of service. From making online orders which turn up late and cold, to picking up orders not ready when the system says, prepared by staff with poor hygiene. Maybe don't have your front area covered in dirt, staffed by someone chewing gum and playing with it. Also having visible holes in anti-slip mats and dirty trays lying around perhaps gives a poor Idea of the branch.

I live across the street and I have to say in the past 3 times I ordered from this papa John franchise, and I have to say that it is one of the worst experience in any Papa John’s. The service is always not friendly, very slow. Today I was waiting for my pizza that was sitting under the warm lamp, and the guy was keep telling me is coming is coming. For then 10 min later to realise that my pizza was sitting there and getting cold. I will no longer chose Papa John’s as the standard have dropped. And as per picture is barely cut.

Absolutely disgusting service. Food never arrived. After calling the store they said the delivery drivers phone is going to voicemail so it isn’t their problem. I asked for a refund and was told no and I then asked them to remake and send out which again was a no before hanging up on me. Avoid at all

My delivery never turned up I did receive a confirmation message and payment was taken still trying to get my money refunded 10 days later . That was West Norwood shop.

I called in to make an order, and to get some answers as to why my rewards are now, Zero. The person that picked up the phone. Couldn't Speak English, Didn't understand my questions. And Hung up on me. I tried calling again...Nothing. Very Rude.I would not be ordering from papa Johns.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Pizza took over an hour to come part of the order was missing and came an extra hour after that so 2hours all together. Was for a 30th get together so everyone was so disappointed. Pizza was really greasy and looked like not much care had gone into it. I rang several times for updates after they realised my number they stopped responding yet answered when I rang off a different number. Will never order from penge papa johns again. Expensive pizzas low quality and horrible customer service. Better off getting a few oven pizzas.
