Excellent coffee and pastries...but as Caffe Nero failed to pay any corporation taxes on UK profits I deduct 2 stars. When they pay their taxes instead of avoiding them by being registered off-shore I'll score them 5*

Great coffee at Caffe Nero, wide selection to eat from, pleasant staff, very clean and the ladies bathroom facilities always in good order. Whether using this coffee chain at Teddington, Kingston or Twickenham, never a bad experience.

Messy and disorganised with staff who seem annoyed to be at work. Their dishwasher was also 'broken' which meant they served everything in single use packaging which is really poor.
I am a regular at the Twickenham Nero, but I'm slowly moving away from it because the wifi has been very spotty for months ... the staff say the same thing has happened to them and they have reported it, but nothing happens. And the other issue is that there seems to be no place on Nero's website where one can report/complain about such things - so they like getting negative Google reviews? Everything else about this shop is very nice - staff, space, coffee - well, the music could stand refreshing.
