Never very clean here unfortunately. Trays and stuff left around on the tables.Cigarette butts and litter from the outside had been blown inside even though door was closed. Not nice. No atmosphere. Staff not especially friendly and don’t seem happy. Always seem short staffed too. Food was OK but nothing great.

The sitting place is untidy. They are not clear tables or services of food.Kid-friendliness: Open space outside or inside so children enjoy food or atmosphere. Food options are also available for them.Wheelchair accessibility: Near parking ! Outside or inside sitting available! Toilet inside.

Before ordering was told cash only so had to go get cash from the cash machine. Barely any desserts in the tray.Went to order, all three drinks i ordered was told they were out of ,including the new limited offer drinks being advertised. Also told me after ordering they don’t have large drinks? The drinks I had to substitute for sucked :((Will go at Starbucks next time . As the drinks tasted rubbish so We had to mix our drinks to get a better taste. It was a complete waste of money and a very unpleasant experience. Total waste of time!

I had the bacon and brie panini and unfortunately it was mainly just bread. The bacon was just fatty bits, no real meat there. It cost me £5 for this.

I am very disappointed,we go there every Sunday and we always order frappe and there’s no cream every time we order and the place is not clean

Asked for a flat white with no foam,it couldn't be done, ordered a croissant,which was stale ,gave it back ,but no reaction,ok I change it for you.Need to sort out staff training

I live nearby and I visit this store almost every day. I always act friendly, smile to all staff. However especially the store manager is the unhappiest person I have ever seen. The staff in here are not welcoming, arrogant and sometimes I even feel like I should feel sorry for buying a coffee. Why Costa is not doing anything for the staff in here, making the customer happy must be the 1st priority for the service sector and this store is the worst about it.
