I chanced upon this place and it seemed that they were not at all interested in running their restaurant business. There were 4 people at the front, and they ran like headless chicken in that shop. No coordination, no communication, no clear roles, they just coasted along. We had to wait for 15 mins before somebody came to clear out a table for us, and then again had a long wait before anybody took our food order. While the guys who came after us, were already getting their starters on. We waited for 45 mins before our food came out, after repeated chasers. A family (who had a reservation) walked in and were told that they don't have any tables, while nobody took note of a table asking for their bill.I think the establishment should close their restaurant and focus on their catering and sweets business, the whole thing looked like a hassle to them and was not worth their time.I can't believe such a poorly run place was still running to its capacity. Must be the food because that was the only saving grace for them.

The food and atmosphere there is very nice but the service is terrible, I waited half an hour for my food while people who order more than me and came after me got their food first. This is why it’s a 3

I collect a veg samosa order from them at least once to twice a week and live locally. It comes with TWO delicious sauces! Staff are ALWAYS friendly, casual, relaxed but hard working which makes for a tranquil environment every time I go in there. It is so disappointing to see this restaurant being targeted by someone using the same photograph of a yacht in the sunshine, but using DIFFERENT names, to write nasty negative reviews on Tri Advisor. Just ignore those because it is not constructive. I love Dehli Wala's inexpensive, but tasty vegetarian samosas! And I am always greeted with a smile too. Fab.
