I ordered a Hash Brown and waited 10 minutes for it!! Asked the guy behind the counter about it and he said ‘really’ like I was lying about waiting 10 minutes and he gave me the Hash Brown and didn’t have the manners so apologise for the delay. Just gave me the item without anything said. Not exactly what I call good customer service. It seems anyone can be a manager and lack some serious customer service skills!!!! I’m sure he’s the supervisor by the uniform he was wearing, but let’s just say it’s put me off going in there again. Looks like they are overworked in the kitchen on Saturday morning.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the McDonald's, and I must say, the customer service I received from the girl (Simran) working there was absolutely outstanding. Not only was she incredibly polite and attentive, but she also took the time to ensure that my order was accurate and prepared to my satisfaction. She patiently listened to my special requests and made sure they were fulfilled without any hesitation. Her attention to detail was truly impressive. What stood out the most was her genuine enthusiasm and dedication to providing exceptional service. Despite the busy rush, she remained calm and composed, handling each customer with care and efficiency. I highly commend her for her professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. She truly went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer. I give her a well-deserved five-star rating for her exceptional customer service skills. McDonald's is fortunate to have such a dedicated and friendly employee. Thank you once again for the outstanding service?

Hi drove for half an hour when I got there. It says it’s closed even though on the website it says it closes at 5 AM. I was there at 4:45 AM.
