Booked a school visit and had the best time learning about and making our own pizzas! The chef was super patient, full of facts and encouraged the children to be independent. It is my second time coming here on a school visit and certainly won't be my last. :)

Second time of visiting this one, and I’ve eaten at many other Pizza Express restaurants. The food and service here is way better than others. The food is very fresh and tastes great. Service is warm and friendly. Thank you Dominic and crew for making my visit such a pleasant one.

Dominic was a great waiter. Felt welcomed, food was really good. The espresso martini was excellent and would love to visit
Dreadful restaurant. On arrival the manager was too busy to help, passed us to a waiter. He was ace. Sat us, took order. Drinks arrived promptly. Then it went to hell. 36 minutes later no food had arrived. Spoke to manager. Apology made. Chased. 10 mins later doughballs. Explanation given that had an 'unexpected' inspection. Doughballs on us. Cool. 10 minutes later. Pizzas arrive. Mine is a Sloppy, normal, not the spicy ordered. Decide free Doughballs will balance out as cannot be arsed dealing anymore with this incompetent restaurant. So. The result is, I use as many rewards as I can (btw, the restaurant had locked me until we told them!) And didn't give a tip. Paid £2 extra for a pizza I didn't get. Will never, ever use this restaurant again. In fact, at this stage I am pretty set that I will never use Pizza Express again. You ain't cheap, and bad service stings.

Often eat here, and always have the Salad Nicoise which has to be the VERY Best in London! Ate it here again on thursday and my companion also rated the Calamari highly.Well done Chef Richard and Waiter Dominic!

We have been told that the food will take more than longer to arrive but we weren’t expecting to wait for an hour on a friday night. Online orders are the priority not the customers in the restaurant.

It was a quiet lunchtime when my husband and I went in with 2 grandchildren. The service was good and the staff patient and helpful with the children. I ordered calamari which had burn marks on some rings and the rest of the coating was not crispy. I also had haloumi bites which were all stuck together and the coating was soggy. A real disappointment. The children's dough balls were rather dark but the rest of their and my husbands food was fine
