Friendly check in, clean room, situated on a very busy crossroad.Breakfast in the pub attached, it was OK, yoghurts left under a blazing heater isn't great for food safety, especially when they're not even on ice or in a chiller unit.Broken glass and litter outside the entrance to the restaurant could have been cleaned up pre breakfast service.

Left 2 days early. Room smelt of damp. Very run down. TV pointed upwards. Bathroom run down and dirty. Wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here.Rooms: Damp smell. Worn down. Toilet doesn’t flush properly.Food & drinks: Terrible. Food covered in oil. Tables sticky. Menu dirty. Had a burger 1 night and mixed grill. 0/10 on both.

Very helpful and friendly staff.BUT, if you value sanitation that works, this hotel is probably not for you... we had two rooms between our party and both toilets failed flush well from arrival and I ended up spending an hour clearing a blocked toilet at midnight - on departure, we heard others complaining about similar issues. The rooms, etc, were otherwise OK, though generally getting a little tired with one of the beds being uncomfortable (not something I experience with Premier Inn normally). We spent the next night in a different Premier Inn on our way home and this highlighted the diminished standard of this hotel.Good road links and easy to find. One of the smaller Premier Inns.Food & drinks: Breakfast is in the adjacent BeefeaterNoteworthy details: Sort out the toilets in this hotel, please, Premier Inn.

The rooms are alright, it was clean and basic premier inn facilities. Staff were friendly. The Beefeater next door was a bit tatty but staff and Friday night meal/service was good. Negative was the beer garden of the pub. My room over looks the garden. Even though pub said it was closing at 10pm it was vey noisy in the beer garden at gone 10.30pm. With windows shut and tv on could hear shouting and dogs barking. Weather wasn’t great, so can imagine beer gardens much more lively when better weather.

The Hotel is on the corner of a busy junction with a bus stop outside. Traffic noise starts from 5.30a.m. and the rooms are not sound proof. The Beefeater next door looks very tatty on the outside and not inviting.

Stayed here for working on a stall at RHS Hampton Court Flower Show. Phillip and Michael helped me carry in 20 heavy boxes of literature for the show. Michael switched my room to the ground floor to make it easier. Phillip helped even though it was his day off and when on duty printed out a voucher I needed. Debbie helped us by storing our cases and literature on the last day after we had checked out. Rooms clean and fine for a business trip when you spend all day on a stand. Beefeater next door a convenient option when very tired after all day on your feet plus a freshly cooked breakfast the next morning to energise you for the day talking to gardeners about rainwater solutions.

Great little Premier Inn that is only 1.6 miles from the main centre for eating in twickenham. It's perfect for visiting Hampton Court and Kew Gardens etc like we did. The staff were lovely and helpful, as were the Beefeater staff next door. There was only one single plug socket near one side of the bed which is a little annoying but other sockets were dotted around the room. Our only complaint was that the only morning we could have had a lie in because we didn't have to be anywhere early, we were woken at around 8:15am to very loud banging from elsewhere in the hotel. It sounded like building work was going on. Also the doors to the rooms all slam very loudly.Rooms: The TV in our room had a separate panel on the wall below it with connection options like HDMI, USB, VGA etc, which is useful if you have a laptop or firetv stick etc you want to connect to the TV.

I’m just going to start by saying that I do not usually leave reviews like this, but the way this has been handled by Premier Inn staff has left me no choice. We stayed in room 6 on Saturday 13th May, which we booked out for the rugby and for our 10 year anniversary weekend away. The second we opened the door to our room we were hit with a foul damp / mould smell. We immediately opened the window to vent out the room and left for the match. When we returned it still smelt awful but yet again we had reservations to make so we left the window on vent and continued with our evening plans. Upon returning to the room that evening the smell again hit us making us feel sick. We went to reception to report it and ask if there was anything that they could do but unfortunately and understandably they were fully booked because of the rugby. We spent that night cold because we had to leave the window open all night and even then that did not help with the awful smell. Usually we would wake up, maybe pop the tv on and have a cup of tea in bed to make the most of our child free time away but that morning we woke up, showered and checked out as early as we possibly could. Upon checking out we spoke with the manager Debbie to explain the situation and she gave us their complaints / feedback number. We asked her to come back to the room with us to smell it but she politely declined saying that she did not need to and that she would leave a note on the system for the feedback team to read. Well, I wish I had persevered because she actually left a note stating that the room smelt absolutely fine which meant that I didn’t get anywhere with the complaints team. She essentially called us liars. We paid £156 for this room and spent as little time in it as possible because it smelt like the inside of a wet cave. There were signs of mould on the bathroom ceiling, and also considering the room was booked for 2 people we were only left one towel in the room. I usually love Premier Inn as you know what you’re supposed to get but this time it was just not the case. Please save your lungs and book elsewhere.

Plenty of mould and a wet damp smell. Manager on site, Debbie, was pleasant and advised to call customer relations in the AM and they will take action. We rang and she had noted that there was nothing wrong with the room, even though she declined accompanying us to show her when we were there.Save your money and stay else where. Manager is a liar and the facilities are dated and stink.Room 6 for awareness.

Within walking distance of the Stoop & Twickenham for a good price, bit tired but still give it 4 stars

Used quite frequently because of the location. However, the heating ( from whatever room) is poor, has to be "switched on" from reception. It never got/gets to the set temperature and in winter that is depressing. Electronic key is the old type that erases if it is waved anywhere near a mobile phone. Also double the normal cost for one night. On the upside, usual Premier Inn quality bed and bathroom equipment up to high standard. Needs a makeover!

Great location for Twickenham. Staff really helpful and let us checkin early so we could get to the Rugby. Location is great only complaint is breakfast is over priced but good quality. Free parking is a great bonus too
