First time in this branch for a while. Most tables hadn't been cleared and there were three people making drinks.I had a decaf toffee nut latte which was nice but my partner had the caramelised biscuit loaf slice which was soooo dry.The drinks prices have recently gone up so a small drink is almost £5. It's absolutely not worth that when the store is dirty and service slow.

The good The bad The not so ugly..The Good, 9 times out of 10 your beverage will be on point and the food will tick the box lol. It's a great place to crack on with remote work, with good coffee on tap and light bites if needed. I would also mention that whether you study alone or in a little group this is a slightly pricey, but quiet environment to meet up in.The Bad (that's not so bad) food and drink, classically overpriced.. but what can we expect from the high street, we know Starbucks struggled post COVID and closed many stores worldwide so it's great to see they didn't come off as badly as some/many predicted.A modern interior, classic, classy with minimal distractions other than those of classical music, some jazz and the whirring of the coffee machine. A calm place to work and fall into a zone.

Booked a Too Good To Go and they cancelled it. Super unimpressed. Can't review on Too Good To Go, so have to review here.

Batista should do more training, because I always order the same drink, and in this store I drank something that can be called dirty water

Staff are lovely, but don’t say nothing when customers bring their smelly dogs in!Animals shouldn’t be near food especially when it’s costing you £10 for a sandwich and a drink!

I’m a regular customer and I visit around 3/4 times a week and order the exact same thing (Chocolate Frappochino).Today around 3:40pm I ordered a double chocolate frappochino, the order was on time and the staff were lovely….. however, my frappochino had coffee inside. Usually frappochinos do not have coffee unless asked. I’ve got an allergy to coffee and when I had my drink, I couldn’t taste the coffee until 3/4 sips later. Immediately I felt sick and had to leave the shop, the queue for the bathroom was too long and as soon as I got home I was throwing up and had a severe headache. I was unable to eat until the following morning.Next time please ensure you put in ingredients which customers ask, for unless otherwise.

It's a Starbucks not the best but far from the worst.Unfortunately theres no parking close due to location making it a little awkward to just pop in for a takaway coffee.

One of the servers was more interested putting her make up on and showing photos to a male customer. The other just shoved the drink at u.

I have visiting this Starbucks twice, once in a morning and another time during lunch time with my children. I loved it. In the morning I have the chance to taste new coffee and cake offered by two member of staff. They were young and very professional. And my two little kids were safe and welcome in there. I like that it has a lot of tables and seat, when you have a buggy with two little kids you needs some space. I will return and hope The same staff again.Kid-friendliness: I have use their disable toilet also changing room for children. Place was big enough for my buggy and my child. Clean and spacious.
