Coffee is OK, but staff argue a lot. With each other, arguing about not wanting to clean toilets (which were very dirty, one out of service), with the customers about whether or not there's a sign saying out of service. Shouting to each other. Maybe young, inexperienced, short staffed. Went elsewhere, Teddington is nice.

Very poor service by members of staff. They are all very rude compared to other Starbuck branches. They make the worst coffee and is tasteless. If you request extra HOT they give it to you cold deliberately. I go to coffee shop to enjoy my coffee with welcoming and friendly and good atmosphere. Staff morale is very low and they do not offer you friendly service. If staff are not happy they should be removed by the company instead of tarnish companies name. I urge you to visit COSTA Coffee place which is in the high street Whitton few shops along and see the difference yourself. All staff have named badge and smart clean uniform always welcoming and ready to help! I URGE YOU NOT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AT STARBUCKS!!!

Nice place, cozy and clean. You need a code to get to the bathroom and service is quite fast. Hot chocolate is not that great but choices are good. You can stay there with your laptop and not be too bothered even if there are few kids around

Worst place to buy a coffee. I use to go here as it was my local however the same rude lady always at the till. Went after over 6 months and she was still there. Foreign lady with glasses. Ordered white chocolate mocha with cream and was asked “do you want coffee in there?” I said do you know what your talking about as I’ve never in 10 years been asked that question and then she said yeh she knows what she’s doing. Walked out and tasted coffee, worst drink I’ve had! No cream for starters which I was charged for, the mocha wasn’t stirred so all I was drinking is a watered down drink! The reason I buy mocha is so it’s a thicker drink and branches like staines high street always know what they are doing! So disappointed I had to throw my EXPENSIVE drink away!!!!! Expect some sort of compensation for such a poor quality service and product from a premium brand coffee shop!!

A very nice place. It has a retro decor and during my visit it had songs from the 70s and 80s. Also if you are a hobbyist photographer it is a good place to take photos that leans towards nostalgia.

Could be more happy & friendly, staff are a bit miserable & often the communication between order taking & maker is miss-understood leading in the wrong order being made, this has happend a few times now.

I have been there with my friend around 3PM. There where 3 or 4 employees at that moment and about 10 customers seating at about 4 tables. So I ordered drinks to drink in and paid. Then searching began. All free tables where dirty with rest of food all around some food even on chairs. So 3 employees definitely do not had a time for a fast clean. As a bonus there where no toilet paper on toilets.
