Terrible service. There were two employees (1 woman and 1 man) that clearly do not know customer service's manners. I ask for three different types of cheese, that were displayed there, and they didn't want to give me them because I have asked for the vegetarian delite (2 slices of cheese and 2 slices of salad). I didn't know Subway had a policy for a maximum number of cheese requested. Furthermore, the salad was not fresh.

Ordered on the app for pick up. Gave wrong bread, added salad which was not supposed to be in, added wrong sauce. Overall, 3 footlong were made completely wrong. When complained, they nicely said, "Sorry." I am not sure how do we eat this?.

Ordered from Just Eat, food came quite quickly, I opened it it wasn’t ours, phoned Subway but they weren’t interested, very rude pretending they couldn’t understand what I was saying, awaiting a refund.
Now the guy seemed nice and everythingBut you all have to know that the food might not be fresh or close to fresh, I've ordered a meatballs footlong, and I told the guy that it tastes funny, and he tried to avoit it by saying everything is fresh, then I told him to try it, he said he's vegetarian, so he gave me a meatball to try separately I almost vomited ? it was the proper moldy taste and it was on all of them...You should double think before ordering from here...I thought it was fair to let others know, no hate.

Today I went to subway to get a 6inch then I decided to pay for a meal with it it was roast chicken 6 inch and with a meal which was £9 which I think was a rip off and very annoyed about that since I know it’s not £9

I went in around 1.15ish on Mon Afternoon. There were 2 indian girls at the counter. The 1st one who served me the bread and tuna was lovely but the 2nd girl was horrible, rude and had an attitude. I was trying to grab her attention to half my 6 foot sandwich and wrap them separately but she was too busy talking to the girl next to her while wrapping my sandwich, which is fine with me. I felt bad when she heard me the 4th time and was rude to me. She said with an attitude you should have told me before and repeated that 3times with an attitude, the 3rd time I replied saying i tried to get your attention you were talking. She unwrapped my foot long with an attitude, i thought everything will come out cause the force she used. Absolutely horrible experience. My friend wanted to go after work to subway but now i will recommed her not to.

Deliveries from Deliveroo and Uber eats take a lonnnnng time, as their staff only starting preparing the food once the drivers arrive at the store. They should prepare it prior to the drivers arrival.Poor management
